Caliber CollisionReviews of calibercollision.com

The team at the Frisco location did a great job repairing my truck's window. The service representative was knowledgeable and courteous. I was expecting an expensive bill requiring parts to be ordered and having to arrange to leave the truck with them, but they were able to repair it quickly the same day for a minimal charge. They could have told me it needed new parts and required several hours to fix and I would not have known the difference. I will remember that honesty and they will be who I use and will refer others to from now on.

Everyone there was super friendly did an amazing job and super quick

I recently had my car repaired at caliber collision and it was a very positive experience. They have phenomenal customer service and I thank each and everyone who was part of completing the work on my car.

Had an appointment at 2:00 PM at the Dekalb, GA location. Arrived ten minutes early, checked in and waited. Twenty minutes went by, I asked again and was told the estimator was at lunch. Now, thirty minutes later I asked again and a man helped and looked at the car for the estimate. Also heard on employee mention “all the workers are five year olds” and after my experience I would agree. I switched to another company that cares about customers.

Bruce Holeman in the Bellevue shop did an excellent job. I was kept well informed throughout the entire process and couldn't be happier with the service

Best collision body shop in the area. Cody is all about customer satisfaction. Our car was repaired to a mint condition in an amazing short period of time. I highly recommend Caliber Collision. Thank you Cody for restoring our car. And thank you Penelope for being so gracious when we first called to make our appointment. Lorraine and Bob K.

We had an amazing experience with the Caliber Collision location in Boulder. When our Nissan Rogue needed repairs, we started with an Independent auto repair shop. After a series of mistakes and misinformation, we had them halt work on our car and took it to Caliber instead. That was an excellent decision. Brian, our service representative, was professional but friendly and easy to talk to; he explained a complex situation with our car in clear, easy to understand terms. The whole staff was polite, professional and thorough. When the repairs were complete, they cleaned the car inside and out, and delivered it to us in spotless condition. Outstanding!

I used Caliber Collison in Southaven Mississippi! Whole experience was absolutely excelent! The job was performed flawlessly and delivered right on time. Jeff Warren provided superior customer service, and the constant text messaging was very helpful! Highly recommend.
