Caliber CollisionReviews of calibercollision.com

Doug at Caliber Collision, Wooster, OH was very professional and kind. He made sure he sent me daily updates regarding the progress on my car and answered all my questions promptly and patiently. I would recommend him over anyone else in the business!

Wow, Matt and Terry were amazing to work with. Lots of updates, creativity, and good work!

Great company, Chris is the best

Wednesday night I went to a Lynard Skynard Concert at the fair, Thursday morning I walked into Caliber Collision feeling like a "Free Bird" and was even more excited when I saw the great job they'd done on my Camero. Great work! Great Service! Marcie is the best! Thank You!

George R. I was completely satisfied by work at Collision, Research. My car couldn't have looked better if it was new. The staffs service and help was tremendous. They even made waiting a bit, pleasant.

I had an excellent experience with this company. I was kept well informed of the repairs and timeframe. My contact person was Joe at the Stafford location on Nelms Circle. I highly recommend this shop.

Mel at the front desk lady was so kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. She ordered the parts for my car and even helped me contact my insurance company, which made everything much easier. The team repaired my bumper and matched the paint color perfectly- you can't even tell it was damaged. They also cleaned my car inside and out, and it looked spotless when I picked it up. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision over any other collision repair shop. They did an amazing job, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Sue

Isaiah G went above & beyond to provide excellent customer service. Took his time to listen to my needs and made sure I didn’t waste my time or money. He made suggestions when scheduling my vehicle to minimize how much I spent on my rental car, since I had to pay out of pocket. He kept me informed every step of the way for my repairs. He dropped me & my kids off @ the rental car shop when I was expecting to walk. Even when the repairs didn’t go as planned, he showed integrity, was accountable & ensured that I was happy at the end of the day. I didn’t have to ask. He treated me like family, which is rare to find in his line of work. I truly appreciate it. Hopefully I won’t ever have to come back, but if I do, I’ll be looking for you Isaiah!
