I recently stopped by Caliber Collision to ask about the possibility of repairing a scrape on my rear bumper. Once Arnaldo and "J" took a look at the bumper, Arnaldo brought out a product and buffer and began to work on my car. I was pleasantly surprised to find that he was able to repair the scrape. In addition, when I asked about the cost I was told there was no charge. I will definitely visit Caliber Collision for my car care needs in the future as well as refer others based on their expertise and great customer service.

I received Excellent customer service at the Caliber Collison in Utah. The Many locations in the state of Utah all have high reviews of the company Appears like any bad reviews posted are based on certain states. Likely based on location, the management and quality of the work the employees provide need help and more support in some states. I had the best experience with this auto repair company and this is hard to come by. Many businesses and people in our society are so focused on the advanced technology and online service (with their phones or computers in their face most of the day), that they have forgotten how to treat customers. Most of these types of business seem to not put efficient, quality, excellent customer service as the mission of the company as it should be! I am in my 40’s and have seen customer service go down and it’s no longer about customers or people, it’s about dollar signs in many businesses across the US. Time to put our phones down and truly learn how to treat people. Most the time companies give you automated communication and you are transferred to at least 3-4 employees or on hold for to long before you get help. This is unacceptable and frustrating dealing with these business and big corporations. Employees in these businesses need to slow down and remember who keeps them in business, THE CUSTOMERS! Caliber collision in American Fork Utah provided quality, professional service. The employees are friendly, timely, provide good follow up and communication. This company’s employees and management are dependable and trustworthy, which are qualities a lot of business are missing the past decade.

I have had my vehicle repaired twice by Caliber in Pasadena, TX and both times they did an awesome job. Everything was explained to me & my car was ready earlier than expected. I am very, very pleased with Caliber.

I was traveling and had an accident on the freeway which caused me to lose my passenger side mirror. Being on borrowed time, my Insurance Co send me to Caliber Collision in Irmo, SC and they served me right. Bryan ordered my part, told me to keep the truck and one day later had the part and called me in for the install. Saved me time and money! This was my second experience with a Caliber Collision business and both times I was taken care of in a professional and expedient manner. Don't go anywhere else!

No integrity, no honor, no class. It’s smoke and mirrors at Caliber Collision and not the good kind. They give a decent first impression but after that it quickly falls apart. Messages are taken but not returned. Communication to the customer is totally absent. But they do let you sit on-hold and get disconnected after 10 minutes. When you call back, they also let you stay on the phone for 30 minutes while they fumble around trying to figure which way is up., And when they screw up - and they did - they don’t apologize, they just get abrupt and rude and act like nothing happened and bark at you like it’s your fault (classic transference). Two weeks after being told it would be two days for a part to come in, after my THIRD call and not finding my order (my order fell out of the system - how did they place a part order for if I wasn’t in the system?), they said they had the part and it had been sitting there for days. When they were going to call me and let me know that? I was fed a total crock about the delay being because of my insurance company which had no basis in reality because I never gave them my insurance company’s information (their quick claim process had already paid me for the part). And when I tried to follow up, they acted like I was wasting their time. That is not how you run a business and if that’s how they are with getting a customer in, can you imagine how poor the quality is of their work? Can you imagine how bad it will be after they continue to screw-up and blame you? If you respect yourself and your money don’t go to Caliber Collision because they certainly won’t respect you. Oh, and 4 days later, they still haven’t called me to set a time to do the work. I guess I fell out of the system, again.
