Caliber CollisionReviews of calibercollision.com

I recently had my 2009 Honda repaired at West Bloomington Caliber the repair was excellent, customer service was great, and the car was returned much cleaner that its been in a long time (ahead of schedule). Thanks to Chuck and the staff at West Bloomington!

THEFT and DISASTER!! Do NOT use this Business!! From the moment we dropped off our truck, it’s been issue after issue! They told us a higher price after it was taken apart. When we asked them to please put the truck back together so we can take it to a different shop, we were told they broke something while taking it apart so it could not be put back together. They tried to charge an extra $1200 just to put the truck back into the condition we drove it in as. Now after having it for over a month we are having it towed to a different shop (when we drove it in) because they can’t put it back together. As we are waiting on the tow truck we check our belongings and the truck has been gone through and items are missing. So not only did they mess our truck up more than what it was, their employees have stolen over $1000 worth of stuff out of the truck (this is a work truck that had tools and equipment in it.) we figured since this is supposed to be a reputable company we wouldn’t have to worry about our belongings but we we’re definitely WRONG!!! Take you business somewhere else!

Thank You . I think that after a collision you need someone to explain what the process is, the parts that are needed and a time to finish it properly. A call every night explained an estimated time that my car would be ready. It looks great !

I went to the one in Whittier and they messed up my rear view camera and couldn't fix it this place sucks! Had to go elsewhere where to the it fix plus missed a few hours of work because of it!

Caliber Collision in Brooklyn Park MN earned a five star rating in every respect from me. I would recommend them to others for service and will be bringing my classic Mercedes-Benz to them in the spring to buff out and address any body issues.

I took My Chevy Tahoe and then, my wife's Jeep Liberty for storm and collision damage, to Caliber Collision in Ogden, UT. The staff were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and eager to assist me as well as answering my questions. Dan the Service Manager conducted a thorough walk around of both vehicles at drop off to ensure that all covered damage and preexisting scratches, dents etc. were identified. Dan contacted me at home to inquire about my preferences for replacement parts. The body and paint work were exemplary as Caliber Collision painted our vehicles in a paint booth instead of a workshop floor. It is refreshing to find outstanding customer service and professionalism in this day and age. Sincerely Richard Waldo
