Had my car repaired after it was hit in a parking lot. The staff was very professional, kept me updated with daily texts on the status of my vehicle, and even finished early. Stephanie was awesome and even agreed to meet me halfway to deliver the car. Would highly recommend!

The people at Caliber Collision in Belton, Tx on I 35 were fantastic. They took my situation with a side mirror and did the replacement immediately. They were all helpful and I wanted to thank them for their help.

Customer service is lacking. It started with a really poor paint job. The hood was all fish eyes and they wanted to give it back to me that way. The car had grease on the headliner and broken plastic pieces left in both front seats. Luckily they did not cause damage. They also lost a part on the dash when they did the hood. 4 months later I am still waiting for the part from them. I call them and all I get is they will call me back. That NEVER happens. I tried to get my insurance company to hold payment until the job was done but they failed to do this. So now they are paid and I cannot get any response for the local office. Thank you Henry for your "HELP" Don't go there if you have a reasonable expectation of being treated fairly.

Caliber recently repaired my 2010 Ford F150 Truck and I was very satified with their work

Bad service, they took almost a month to get the car fix. When i got the car back there were missing parts and some part were not even fixed. This place is a rip off they just want your money and do a very bad job.
