The Caliber team at University Avenue in SD is top notch, 10/10 would recommend. Very professional, timely, customer service is great, they'll keep you updated on parts arrival and estimated completion date. They did an amazing job replacing my car hood and matching the paint; my car looks better than it did prior to the damage. Much better then some new versions I see on the street straight off the show room floor. They can work on my car anytime. They made my day!!!!!!!!!!!

Not happy at all with this company. They were at least honest enough to tell me that the couldn't match my stock paint. So we agreed it would be best for me to pickup my car and bring it to another shop. Well evidently they reported to my insurance that my car was rusty and they wont work on rusty cars knowing that insurance wont cover rusty cars. Basically they LIED to my insurance company. My car is rust free and garage kept. At first I was impressed with their honesty but from what I learned today, they are liars. BE AWARE!!!! Do not trust this company!!! I should say this also, I went to the Caliber Collision in Murrieta. Very Very disappointed.

A driver sideswiped my car, while returning home from an errand. I looked online to find a reputable company to fix the needed repairs. I decided on Caliber Collision - Addison because of the great reviews and close proximity to my home. After sending an estimate request, I was contacted via phone and email. The Representative I dealt with was Korey Voss. We agreed to meet to look at my car. I pointed out the obvious damages and a few small paint chips (from rocks etc...). Korey assured me, that if I gave him the business, he would take care of those few chips as well, for doing business with Caliber. I returned from a trip to pick up my car. At this point, Caliber had my vehicle for 17 days. Korey delivered my car FILTHY!!! It was half washed, with the streaks of water still visible on my new painted hood, there was mixing compound behind the driver's side mirror. There were finger/hand prints on the mirrors themselves, along with white hand prints EMBEDDED on my driver's door panels and my driver's seat. Lastly - there was a dirty used utility towel on my passenger seat. This is LITERALLY - how Korey Voss handed over my car!!! Mind you, returning any car in this fashion is completely unacceptable, especially a white Mercedes-Benz E350 in excellent condition. I emailed my Insurance Claims Adjuster and copied Korey about the level of unprofessionalism displayed from this location. He agreed, and asked for a second chance to make it right. Against my better judgement, I gave him/them a second chance. This time Korey kept my car for another 9 days. He emailed to let me know that my car was available for pick-up. I picked up my car. It was 'freshly' washed this time around. My floor mats were still wet in the trunk of my car. The chips looked as if they were filled in with a crayon or white-out... Not to mention - the white swirl marks were still visible then and now. I emailed Korey after looking at the car the following day. Guess what? He didn't even care to reply back - Insert sad emoji face... :-( Korey's professionalism - A ZERO! Korey's attitude and professionalism when I picked up my car the first time - A DOUBLE ZERO!! In total, Caliber had my car for 26 days, nearly an entire month!!! I feel an obligation to enlighten others about my HORRIBLE experience at Caliber Collision - Addison. Clearly - they are ALL asleep at the wheels!!!

The Caliber Collision on Britton Rd in Fishers, IN was great. Manager was super-helpful and friendly. He helped me out with a minor issue free of charge. That hardly ever happens anymore!!
