I went to the McKinney / State Highway 380 location this morning and just asked for favor! The the front wheel flapper liner was torn by an accident and pieces of rubber were rubbing against the tire. That was making a lot of noise. John Guajaroo came out with a special blade, got on his knees in blazing sun and carefully cut the hanging rubber pieces. He needed to go in and out to get the right blade. Then he wished me well, said "no charge," and I left. Doing such favor was going well above what I expected. I will now always recommend this location for survice.

I had my truck repaired at Caliber in Belton, Tx (#677) about a month ago, and Stephen Torres was my Service Advisor all the way through that truly excellent job, keeping me informed at every step. He was an outstanding professional in every respect - but I didn't know how outstanding he is until I took it back in for a minor adjustment to the lower cowling a couple of days ago. Pronto, quickly done while I waited and perfect. But I asked for an additional favor installing a bumper cover, and he had it done at the same time! With a smile, and no charge since it only took a few minutes - even refused when I tried to pay him for the extra work that wasn't part of the original repair. Caliber will have my business and referrals forever, because of HIM. He totally understands customer service, customer commitment, and how to bring back the customer....it's in his nature. My experience with Caliber Collision in Algonquin Illinois was great. The service advisor was very helpful and took some extra steps to look into questions/issues I had. He and team updated me frequently with texts and phone calls about the status of the work and estimates of when the work would done. The repair job was first rate and they were able to do it very quickly.

Poor workmanship and the staff are rude. I took my car to Caliber Collision in Rockville to have damage to the rear bumper and trim repaired. I was very disappointed in the quality of the work and unprofessional staff. The paint color was wrong and they did not replaced the damaged trim. They said the trim was pre-existing damage and Geico would not replace them. The service writer called me a liar when I insisted they were not that way prior to the accident. I even gave them a photo taken two months ago when my son needed a picture of the license plate for a parking permit application. They insisted Geico refused to replace the trim pieces. However, when I spoke with the Geico adjuster he said Caliber did not include the trim pieces on their estimate or identify them as pre-existing damage during check-in. The service adjuster, Shalom and the manager both told me they used the correct factory paint codes. When I asked why they didn't use color matching tools used by most paint shops they told me "we don't do that here". When I asked why they made no effort to blend the clear coat into the adjacent body panels they said "Geico won't pay us to do that". A quality body shop would have done these things. In summary, they failed to match the paint color, would not repair all of the accident related damage, were very rude and dishonest.

We used the Caliber Collision location in Eagan, MN. Terrance was a great contact person. He told us exactly how best to process with insurance and they got us in and out within a couple of days. We asked if an additional out-of-pocket repair could be done by them at a later date. Terrance said "let me look into it and let's see if we can't do it all now." He got us the information needed regarding parts and pricing and they completed that repair at the same time. When we went to pick up the truck, they had cleaned it inside and out and Terrance himself even cleaned of some paint splatter that had gotten onto the truck and we hadn't gotten around to cleaning off. I can definitely say this location took great care of us!

I was in an accident on Memorial day weekend. Car was towed. Argued with my insurance company for a weekbin a half on when they were going to pick it up and get it to Caliber Collision for repairs.. Well enter Cyndee Araiza from the Swansea Illinois location. She talked to the towing yard and my insurance company and in one day she had this whole mess straightened out! My car is now at Caliber Collision being looked at. Bob was also very helpful when I explained what happened and the mess trying to get my car out off Towing jail. We have used Caliber before.. and will always use them!

vehicle wasnt repaired correclty and they actually damaged it more. I had to take it to nother shop to have an alignment, wheels properly repaird and the paint damage they did repaired. its trash, total trash you want to avoid the location in Stuart
