Over a month later and car not ready. Unacceptable.

Great shop in Kenosha! Steve (GM) and his team did a great job on my car. Quickly scheduled my car for repair and results were fantastic, just like factory!

This company couldn't be any better. They have US, the customers at the top of their Customer Care to do's. My vehicle was crashed into twice in a two month timeframe. After the first repair, I was extremely pleased with the workmanship and communication. When the 2nd crash occurred, I only wanted Caliper to repair my SUV again. They were very busy and my insurance company asked me to change repair shops to one less busy. I told them, " when you find the best, you don't want the rest!" The manager, Donnie, Shop Manager, has seamlessly handled my repairs and gave my vehicle back to me again in outstanding condition. This company only has one problem, It's SO Good that when someone experiences their service, they Caliper again. I'm very lucky to be their customer. Highly recommended for anyone who cares about their car. A+

Drop off my vehicle on 8/2/2021 it now 8/20/21 still have not gotten my vehicle. I was told it would be done by the 10th then I was told it would be done by the 8/17/2021. Every time I call there is a different story. It in the paint bay. The parts are not right it still being put together, it being painted. Then they call me to tell me it ready so I call them when to pick it up. Then they tell me that it still in the parts bay. What is wrong with this company. Someone help me.

I took my car in to have an estimate today. I met with Jordan Bates and had a great experience! The car had recently suffered some slight damage and I told him we were going to sell the car and wanted to do as little as possible. He was kind and considerate and not out to try and make as much money as he could off of me. He gave me all the options of doing very little all the way up to replacing the damaged panel. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I would recommend Caliber to anyone who is in need of a fair and honest estimate.

I have had 2 very good experiences with Caliber Collision in Ashland VA. Cindy, the receptionist was extremely helpful and provided outstanding professional service. I would go back to them without hesitation.

I was in a minor accident and had my car repaired at Caliber. The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me updated through the entire process! They made an inconvenient time not so bad : )
