Thanks Maplewood Caliber, The front cowling on my car was torn loose from a curb. Myles looked at it and had one of his guys fix it. I asked what I owed him and he said it's on us. I really appreciated his willingness to help me out. Car looks like new! Thanks Fritz

Nice guys still DO exist. He goes by Leroy Kuhns at the Wooster North location. I stopped there yesterday, 10/14, exp!ained that I'd had a mishap backing out of my garage, and dislodged the backplate from my sideview mirror. It no longer stayed on since a mounting guide broke off. Without hesitation, Leroy said he had some strong, quick-drying adhesive & felt it would take care of it. He was super nice and just stepped in to help. Thanks, again, Leroy. You really made my day!

They Charged more than 2k to get my bumper fixed. they return my car after 30 days delay. Second day the bumper Fall off went back and i been told we will get back to you now i been waiting for 5 month nothing happened they keep ignoring me . Be carful do not go there they hire non- professional people I noticed that lots of people complaining about them to Consumer Bureau If you would like your car to be fixed in Mickey Mouse way with rudeness customer service then your welcome Normally I don’t do negative reviews but those people push me to the edge.

Jordan Willis (Burleson, I-35) was a pleasure to work with and informative while my truck was being repaired. The repairs to my truck were done very nicely and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision for any auto repair. The service and quality of work is obviously well managed!

I was rear-ended in July 2021 and my insurance company arranged for repair service at Caliber. Caliber kept my car a couple of extra days during repair whereas the insurance stopped paying for it. Caliber was supposed to cover the excess cost of the delay ( I knew nothing of this as it was all behind the scenes). I returned the rental car and paid the bill then called the insurance company to ask why I had a balance. They informed me that caliber was supposed to pay the bill because they kept my car past a deadline. I called caliber and the receptionist said a manager would call me back. He never called. I had to visit caliber for an unrelated issue because a check engine light came on and the manager came around the corner and said: "Oh, you're here about the money"... No, it was for the warning light but his comment let me know that he recalled the issue. The manager stated they had been busy and he'd get back to me. Of course, he never called. I cannot recommend this place. Imagine if you take your car for repair and they don't finish on time and you get stuck with a large bill.
