Thanks to all the employees at this fine establishment .the work you did on my 2013 Nissan Altima was and is outstanding. All vehicle repair shops should be using Caliber as their work model. I am quite pleased with the work and the fact that their ambassadors kept me updated regularly if not e every day all questions were answered and explained so that I could easily understand what they were doing. Needed a front bumper replace. It took a couple of weeks before they can fix my car but when they did fix it, it looked brand new. And Bryant was so nice about keeping me updated about my car. If I can give them a ten star rating I would.

We were sideswiped in our car and the person's insurance referred us to Caliber Collision in Lehigh, Florida near us. We don't know what to expect since we didn't pick this place. But from our estimator, Justin Redman, to the finished job, it was a great experience! Our car looks great and the job was finished in 2 days less than we thought. North Brunswick, 980 Joyce Kilmer Ave, North Brunswick NJ 08902 Okay "you have to read this one all the way to the end". On about the end of August, I was notified by a gentleman named Josh, who is the customer service advisor for Caliber Collision. He informed me that his company has taken procession of the small family body shop was sold and under new management, "WHAT"....who does that happen to? Apparently me! Oh I didn't mention that my 23 year old GMC pickup truck was already in that shop for over 25 days and completely disassembled for a bumper to bumper body work and full paint job. Me being the original owner of the truck, yes a moment of panic set in. With all the technical conversations I had the previous shop, I was pretty sure there was going to be a loss in communication with the transfer, something's aren't going to get done. To make this complex situation a little more simple, I'll cut to the chase. With a lot of back and forth the regional manager Keith and the customer service advisor Josh both promised and assured me that my contract would be fulfilled and completed in a timely manor and I will be a satisfied customer! Well 56 days later, what they did was just that. I got a REALLY REALLY NICE paint job and reassembled as if it was never apart, all the bells and whistles work. HOW ABOUT THAT! I really have to thank Josh for all his diligence and professionalism and their integrity to push through the end. I would also like to thank Keith and Chelsi at the front desk and all the techs and painters in the shop, they all made me a five star customer and highly recommend this shop to anyone. Great customer service, communication, price and job!

Williamsburg, Va. 10/29/21 Uncaring and unprofessional! I had a scheduled appointment to estimate minor repair on my SUV; I arrived on time. The receptionist was friendly and recorded basic information: my name, Ph #, vehicle info, etc. I was told that the estimator would be with me "shortly" - this was repeated 2 or 3 more times. After 30 minutes, I was told the estimator would be "right with me." I left after 40 minutes without seeing an estimator or manager. If management won't treat potential customers with respect, they don't deserve my business. Check the better business bureau (BBB) customer reviews (2.8 of 5) before trusting Caliber Collision with your vehicle.

I recently was in an accident and sure enough I was told it was totaled. I was pretty disappointed that a car I already had paid off and planned on giving to my daughter was now gone. I met Tiffany at the Toms River location and she was a gem. She totally understood where my head was at and absolutely made a crappy situation... 100% painless. She joked with me, she explained in detail what the process was, what was good and bad about the wrecked car, and kept me in the loop where my claim was. I hope I never get into another wreck but if Caliber and Tiffany are involved, I will certainly feel like I am family and not just another claim and a check. Thank you!
