Caliber CollisionReviews of calibercollision.com

Caliber Collision sets the bar very high for other customer driven businesses. Their constant communications with me during the entire process was impressive. They were very concerned and were most helpful during this entire process. I would recommend this firm without hesitation or reservations.

Jeff at the Nolanville location was awesome, he took great care of us and made the repair process so easy.

I've used Caliber twice now and I did because they're ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! They take care of you and your vehicle! From start to finish they keep you updated with the progress of how your vehicle is coming along. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Caliber is the only choice for me; they go OVER AND BEYOND the call of duty!!

Wonderful customer service. ( FM 78 Converse Texas 78109). Wonderful Work ethic!!!. JEREMIAH is the BEST. Awesome customer service, true professional and soooo kind. During a difficult time such as this he was so helpful with coordinating the care of my vehicle, explaining the plans and always checking results ensuring outcomes were superior. He will not give you a car back if when he or his crew determines it is not good enough. Mediocre is not in their work ethic. I appreciate JEREMIAH so much. I am so glad Caliber collision has him as their employee. JEREMIAH was empathetic, listened to me when I needed to secure a rental...and secured a vehicle that met my needs. He was always respectful, happy to greet you and you can tell he loves his job. My vehicle is great. He also is helpful with the post repair plan, warranty information and informed me the dealership that had a record of all repairs coordinated with Caliber collision I cannot thank them enough!!!! Caliber was very professional in the estimation and execution of my F150 repair. Communication was excellent from start to finish, the repair schedule was as advertised, the estimate was spot on, and the work was excellent. I would recommend Caliber to anybody.

I had never heard of this place. As a woman not knowing a thing about cars searched random places in midland to help fix my car. Before I knew it I was told my car needed at least 9k in repairs. Before that place could fix it they wanted me to take my car somewhere else to get my radiator to get fixed. It was a nightmare. All of the sudden my insurance “shout out to Geico” linked me up with Caliber Collision!! BEST PLACE EVER!!!! They took the stress right off of my hands. From the minute we stepped in the door. All I had to do was leave my car there and was greeted at the door with the best customer service. All I had to do was go pick up my rental provided by insurance, They told me not to worry they would handle the rest. My car was in pretty bad shape as I had hit a deer and my front end of the car was in bad shape. Although drivable, my radiator was hanging my two screws. I needed a new radiator , my ac and heater were not working. Within a week or two I went to pick my car up and was in shock!!! I didn’t even recognize my vehicle. It was AMAZING THE WORK CALIBER COLLISION HAD DONE!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ALL AND ANY VEHICLE REPAIRS!!!! From maintenance to body they follow through with their work!! Thank you all for all your hard work!!!

I visited Caliber to have them take a look at a knock in my door whenever someone opens the door. I’d been here before to have my car restored when my daughter was rear ended. They did a phenomenal job repairing and restoring my vehicle. I expected to get an estimate to fix the problem with my door. Tim, one of their estimators, came out to check the door and fixed it on the spot. If I ever need any car work done in the future. Caliber is my first choice. I strongly recommend them for your next job too! They’re the best
