We got a flat tire across the street from Caliber Collision today and found out we didn't get a jack with our new car. So we went in to ask for help and they were awesome! They sent a guy with tools who changed the tire for us and quickly sent us on our way. They wouldn't let us pay them (so we bought them donuts). If I ever need collision repair, they will be who I call.

I had work done on my vehicle at the Caliber Collision, 96 Germay Dr. Wilmington, DE in December 2021. When I left the car at the shop for repairs, Mr. Todd Wampler was helpfu to bring me to the VA. He said “Iam not going to let you walk to the VA and he was also brought me home when I returned the rental. I was going to walk to the VA and walk home. Because of Todd’s help, I did not have to walk home. I offered to buy him something but he said no. Todd deserves a raise and need more General Managers like Todd. I want to say thanks again Todd Wampler, General Manager God Bless you the staff at this Caliber Collision Pam

I am so pleased with everything about this company, great service, car was ready when they said it would be, it looked like a new car on the side that was damaged, my car was washed , and cleaned inside, and smelled like a new car. The staff were awesome, no complaints. Thank you Debra Naugle

Linda gave excellent customer service and kept me informed all the way on the progress of my Jeep. When I picked it up I was very happy with how everything turned out.
