Caliber CollisionReviews of calibercollision.com

This is the second car I have taken to Caliber. I was so happy with the work they had done on my last car. Again they did a fabulous job!!! I had a slight issue and they were more that happy and wiling to work with me. I will always take my cars here!

My car door was keyed. I took it to Caliber Collision 5101 E Evans Ave to get my car doors repainted. Ryan Rogier instead buffed out the key marks and didnt even charge me. He did a perfect job as you cant see any key marks anymore. Thank you Ryan and you just got a customer for life.

This is an outstanding place to have your car repaired! It is honest, trustworthy, and completely professional! They finished the work on my car under two days which meant No rental car issues! Since I was paying out of pocket it was wonderful! Alfonso Gomez deserves so much praise for his outstanding service and professional manner!

Hector Munoz was definitely a five-star professional. Friendly, concerned, and dedicated in ensuring that he upheld the company's vision of unmatched service and delivery. He did an outstanding job on my repairs and as a result, I will refer others and continue to do business with you in the future. Hector deserves a raise and a promotion. Rarely, do you see anyone with that level of service delivery. Thank you, Dr. Shirley Harvey 2014 Honda Accord

My husband surprised me by taking my car in to Caliber to repair gashes in the bumper of my car while I was away. I noticed right away and it looked like nothing ever happened. My husband couldn’t say enough great things about Caliber and we wold definitely use them again. Kitty

Woah, the only reason I’m giving this company a single star is just so I can create a post. Original date of repair August 2021 Late day of repairs Dec 2021 Nearly a 6-month ordeal! The technicians may or may handle your repair if it’s more than one area you’ve pointed out & needs to get worked on. They’ll “forget” or get this….. cause more damage to your vehicle. Hoping you don’t notice or they’ll state the damage must have already been there. The fact that I took photos and videos prior to each repair is what saved me from being taking advantage of. I had two locations work on my car and hoping the second location would get things right. But yeah NOPE! Managers of the location were instructed to deal with me only and over see the repairs but of course that doesn’t happen. You’re left dealing with someone else and NEVER meeting this manager. All the back and fourth, PTO used, gas, voicemails, emails, texts messages, etc., I was only able to get compensated for a faction of my deductible. This is even me dealing with Corporate, Regional Mark or Shane(whomever is actually the Regional), and Steve Grimshaw(CEO). At the end Caliber’s greed lost more than just a customer. I will never refer them and I’ll definitely spread the word of how shady they are. Save yourselves from an extremely long headache!!!

Stopped by about a repair of my 2017 F150. I was asked if this was an insurance claim. I told him it was out of pocket. He told me they were only doing insurance claims. I told him I would take my business elsewhere, he then followed me outside and saw my truck, he said it was "too new" for them to work on because it was aluminum. If caliber wants to stay in business, they better learn to work on new cars, particularly if they are only interested in overcharging insurance companies.

Stopped by to have some minor scratches repair estimate on 12/4. Was asked if I had appointment, which I did not. Was not asked the last time there when I had my Mercedes repaired. Was then asked if it was self pay, to which I said yes. Didn’t seem interested in me after that. Told me I could come back 12/5 after 2. Really? So no one is available at all for the next 24 hours? Don’t think I’ll be returning and will not recommend any further. Sad.
