An incredible product and it's backed by excellent customer service. Maria was respectful, professional, and came to a quick resolution to solve my issue. My Byrna LE is now being replaced without hesitation to ensure I can continue to protect myself and family. Thank you Byrna and Maria! You have me as a customer for life!

Knowing that I have something legitimately that I can own and feel safe that it will do the job makes me so grateful. It’s very precise and definitely packs a punch that will disorient and incapacitate an attacker.
