We used BusBank to get a bus for a school trip on VERY short notice. They not only were able to get us a mini-bus, but they also were able to offer us the cheapest price by several hundred dollars. Our bus driver was precious and super kind!! We will happily use them again.

Our driver was on time and willing to accommodate our wedding party and guests! It was a wonderful experience and I know our guests appreciated the service.

This company had wonderful customer service. Our drivers didn't have accurate drop off addresses, however, they were so easy to work with that we were able to set it up directly with our drivers. I have been using the BusBank for 5 years now and have to say, this was the best driver experience we have had. Working at a school, they make it very easy to make our crazy 24 hour NYC trip happen!

Very simple booking process, very competitive pricing, bus was exactly as described. Very positive experience. The only negative was that the driver pulled up across the street from our venue, in downtown Los Angeles, and unfortunately our elderly constituents were forced to cross a busy street. I will definitely make sure to mention this the next time we book through BusBank. I didn't realize that I would need to make such a request.

BusBank was very helpful on a last minute booking I had to make for a group that was misconnecting on a flight. They got back to me right away, were very specific about when they would get back to me and overall super efficient! Thank you

Communication issues throughout the trip - I recommend gathering driver information beforehand to ensure all details are settled upon prior to trip
