UPDATE: while we would have preferred that the day went perfectly according to plan/booking, we are appreciative that the company did follow up with an additional refund. Be wary of booking with them in Montreal! We booked a mini bus based on the information and images on their website and specifically requested a working microphone and speaker system, for a corporate event and we were given what looked like a converted school bus with mechanical issues and no working microphone. All we got was "I am sorry to hear ....." and a minimal discount. While it may seem like a minor thing, it significantly impacted our event as we realized very quickly that the people at the back of the bus could not hear us, and the overall impression given to those at the event was not a positive one.

our driver was on his phone during majority of the drive and was not using a wireless headpiece! it was very inconsiderate and unprofessional on his part. when he was not on a call, he was texting or fidgeting with his phone. our safety was compromised on this ride. the sound system was not working and we could not connect with the Bluetooth in his vehicle.

Driver was late, took unnecessarily long route in both transfers.

I communicated very clear and precise instructions for the itinerary. The guy I was emailing back and forth with would respond to the wrong emails and seem really confused. I thought it was cleared up the day BEFORE (stressful) before the wedding. However, our driver was still confused, my sister reexplained exactly where and when she needed to be somewhere (there were only 3 locations and all only 1.4 miles a part). When the driver picked up our guests from the church to take to the reception, she was still confused and they had to tell her directions. Luckily, I did not know this until a month after the wedding, but that is very concerning. There needs to be a better system of communication and clearly printing out the directions/itinerary for the driver is a must. The positive is the bus arrived early to pick us up to go to the church.

The buses were not there at the scheduled time, leading to an unsafe situation where our guests had to wait in cold weather on the side of the road. Upon calling, they only offered unsatisfying excuses. Would not recommend.

I got one of these buses and brought my own garbage bags and paper towels onto the bus because the people I came with were going to be drinking, they said this was fine there would just be a refundable drinking fee and the next day when I tried to collect the fee they came up with all these different excuses and clauses which made me realize I was never going to get that fee back in the first place and I didn't appreciate being lied to and mislead. I was told the bus would have all these nice things like a simple aux cord and when I tried to use it it took 10 minutes to figure out and only the front third of the bus could even hear it because of such poor speakers.

This was the third time using Busbank for an outing we had. The first time was awful (no ac or radio on the bus as well as no light or toilet paper in the washroom) But after expressing my complaints they assured me that the situation would never happen again. So I booked a second trip with them and everything was perfect. We just recently used them again for a third time and it was a flashback to the first time with all the issues. I understand that it is only April but when there are 53 bodies on a bus with no opened windows it gets rather warm pretty quickly. The ac did not work and there was no working radio again. I have another trip coming up in September that I need to book a bus for and unless I can be guaranteed there will be no issues this time around, I will be using another company. At this point, I feel a discounted rate is called for as well.

The bus was not on time and when it did arrived at the hotel to pick up our guests the driver didn't go inside to let people know he was there. Apparently the bus could not fit under the breezeway at the hotel so he stayed out on the street curb. Everyone was waiting in the lobby. Out of town family members were afraid they were going to miss the wedding so they got alternate transportation. Even multiple phone calls to the driver were not helpful. The worry we were trying to avoid was not avoided. The only transportation that went smoothly was after the reception to take the guests back to their hotel.
