I can not thank you enough. Our program has been using BusBank for a few years now and they have always come through. This year we sent the check to the old address I was concerned thought we would not have any busses. David (think that is the correct name) just kept telling me to breathe we are going to take care of you. He managed to get us two air conditioned coach busses. I used Buster Shuttle Service for our son's wedding in Jacksonville, FL last month. I, as well as all of our guests, have nothing but praise and great things to say about the service we received! The website makes it so simple and easy to make changes and updates as our needs changed. Our driver was very courteous and accommodating to us as our times changed briefly (due to photographer needs). Should I ever need to arrange shuttle services again, I would definitely use Buster and will recommend it to our friends and family.

our driver was on his phone during majority of the drive and was not using a wireless headpiece! it was very inconsiderate and unprofessional on his part. when he was not on a call, he was texting or fidgeting with his phone. our safety was compromised on this ride. the sound system was not working and we could not connect with the Bluetooth in his vehicle.

Drivers are required to obey the law; especially regarding the use the use of any hand-held cellular phone while driving.
