BusBank was good to work with. Showed up on time, provided good service. My only complaint would be that the driver threatened to leave as the group was running 10 minutes late. He didn't end up leaving but didn't appreciate that added stress worrying that the driver and our transportation would leave us at the venue.

We recently used BusBank services for three different activities. Two of the activities went very well (those conducted in Florida) however, the one in Denver was a disappointment. On one of the days the bus was over a half hour late. When we called the driver, he told us he would be there in 10 minutes but then called back and said it would be over 15 minutes since there was an issue with the bus. I believe the driver should have called us and told us there was an issue with the bus versus us calling him when he was already delayed.

Rather expensive; otherwise good.

The pre-planning and booking process was great, and the bus and driver were clean and nice, but I heard from my wedding guests that the bus did not do a second loop to each of the 4 stops as I had requested and paid for. He did one loop and parked at the church, and guests were left at the hotels waiting for the 2nd round of the shuttle.

Communication issues throughout the trip - I recommend gathering driver information beforehand to ensure all details are settled upon prior to trip

We reserved a bus for a group of 25 and had paid in full but the vehicle that showed up only seated 23! Luckily there were 3 passengers in our group who had cancelled, so we all fit, but had that not been the case, we would have had a serious problem. We didn't get what we had paid for.

We had expected 6-7 buses and it was confirmed that it would work, but then one day before we left for the conference we were told that the buses wouldn't be available. It wasn't until the day before the event that the service was able to secure 3 charter buses for us which were more expensive than the initial "school buses". Also I had received a quote from another charter bus service before contacting Brian and they had charter buses for 55 people for $500 per charter and we paid much more than that. The drivers were very nice and Brian was able to at least accommodate us, however, when I have 200 people depending on transportation it is stressful to hear on the day or so before that we may not have buses available after promising us that they would. On the upside - Brian did work hard to secure buses for us.
