Thank you so much for the mini coach transportation on Brian and I's wedding day! Abdul did a wonderful job driving us to church, Buckley Homestead, and to the reception in Lowell. He was very patient with us, which I'm sure wasn't easy loading 12 women onto a bus, and I really appreciate that. The bus was very clean and spacious, and it was a smooth ride to all locations. Had a great experience with BusBank. Rented a bus for a day in NYC. Took a lot of the stress out of traveling in the city with a big group. My contact person answered all questions and provided any requested information. Our driver was on time, professional, nice, and was open to any changes in the schedule. He was also quickly and easily reachable by phone. The pricing was also cheaper than a lot of other places I was quoted for as well. Thank you!

They got both the pickup and drop off locations wrong despite me communicating and reiterating this information to them.

The bus doing what we asked other than the time ended a hour early and we requested to take 4-6 people home. This was on his way back to the airport in Atlanta. He didn’t do this willingly. At first there was some refusal, but when my husband got to the bus he agreed.

We had a nice trip with BusBank except for the bus being one hour late because of a traffic accident in Denver which backed up traffic for miles. Our driver was kind enough to contact our destination venue and let them know that we would be late. Knowing how bad traffic can be during rush hour in Denver, I would suggest that drivers leave earlier to hopefully avoid those types of scenarios. Anyway, when the bus finally did arrive, it was beautiful, spacious, and we really enjoyed the trip! We will definitely use their services again!
