This company has by far the worst customer service there is within the industry. It took them six weeks to ship an item that was paid for. I requested four different times to cancel the order prior to shipping and told they don't do that I would have to wait and then return. I submitted for return label and was told that expense was on me and there would be a restocking fee. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE IDIOTS. WORST COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH IN A VERY LONG TIME RUN RUN RUN DONT WASTE MONEY OR TIME

This company had a special for a sauna with a free cold plunge. Well the cold plunge never showed up so I filed a partial reimbursement through my bank and now this company is harassing me for their screw up. They sent me an email said they had too many orders and the cold plunge would arrive in 1-2 weeks which didn’t happen and now the are sending new return slip for the product. This company is a scam do not order from them. They do not respond to their emails.

Great Day! This is a follow up response about the Burneek products. I originally paid for this using Afterpay as my payment platform. I successfully lodged a complaint against this company with Afterpay. Specifically Burneek created a UPS label to give the impression that the product was en route to me. I contacted UPS; they were not in possession of the product. By this time three (3) weeks had passed. ..then two weeks. Once Afterpay investigated they found the company to be in violation of their mailing policy, cancelled the order and refunded my payments. That was a total of six (6) weeks. I reached out to Burneek on four (4) separate occasions via e-mail. I got a stock response. seven days ago I received a notification from Fed-Ex that I have a delivery! The Burneek company sent me the cold dip tub (an item that was offered free with a purchase of the steam room) I am returning it. I emailed the company requesting a return authorization from them. They finally returned an e-mail response indicating there would be a re-stocking fee deducted from the refund?? Side note....make sure that the companies you purchase from have a valid phone number attached to their website. I neglected to do that! Take Care.

2nd review: I ordered the Halo Sauna back on Dec 3rd and still dealing with shipping issues. I've requested cancellation and refund and the company keeps indicating they will work out the shipping and are still on 'label created' for over 1 week know after telling me that the original Dec 3rd order was lost in transit. For potential future shoppers, take note, as I should have, you deserve a better overall experience...find your sauna elsewhere.

Ordered Jan 18th. Email 2 weeks later and rep assured me it was on the way. Feb 1st I emailed stating I was canceling my order if I didn't have a tracking number in a few days. Of course Feb 2nd a label was created with UPS. I've contacted multiple times with a response with its under investigation. Its clear burneek never sent my order to UPS not sure what there is to investigate it's clear.

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order for a sauna for my husband for Christmas. I placed the order a few weeks before Christmas. After I ordered, I found a different Christmas present for my husband so I emailed Burneek customer service (10 mins after the order was placed) and asked if I could please cancel my order. I got an email back from Burneek (2 days later) stating it is not possible to cancel an order once it is placed (per their website). The lady assured me that they ship their items super fast and this is why the orders cannot be cancelled. I figured ok, I’ll get the sauna and see if my husband likes it and if not, I’ll return it. Well 3 weeks go by (it’s after Christmas now) and still no sauna delivered. The UPS shipment status said it had never left the warehouse. I emailed customer service stating I needed to cancel this order ASAP since it had been 3 weeks and no shipment. They emailed back and reassured it was on its way, that the UPS website was incorrect. Well over one week later, no shipment and still the same status on UPS. At this point I filed a chargeback with my credit card company. Well guess what? One week later it finally arrived. I refused the shipment and had it sent back immediately. I got a notice from my credit card company stating that the dispute did not go in my favor because the company said that I received the shipment. I called my credit card company ASAP and they told me that they were going to reopen the case because they could clearly see that the item had been returned. Beware of this company, they are extremely dishonest and possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
