Great sauna But I ordered it with a cold plunge, back in December. Which I have yet to receive. But hope to receive soon. But the Sauna is great for my home use, on my Deck B

Having a Burneek Sauna and cold plunge has been great to be able to experience a simple at home sauna and cold plunge. Overall, it’s not as high quality as the prices would suggest but they do run a lot of sales so you can get a decent price on it all. They could definitely improve their ordering and customer service.

I love my sauna but still have not received my cold plunge, almost 9 months later. Super confused. I’ve definitely had some problems but they seem to be willing to fix these problems so I’m thankful for that. 3 out of 5 stars.

I tried yo cancel this order a few days after I placed it. It was a preorder that wasnt even going to be shipped for 3 weeks. I was told they could not cancel or change the order. I didn't get supportive customer service.

Initially, I started out and for some reason the street name never got put on my order, but that was resolved by contacting FedEx then I contacted customer service or they contacted me. I’m sorry I gave them my address so we wouldn’t have an issue with the cold plunge that was supposed to come with the sauna patiently I waited no worries anxiously waiting for its arrival. It never showed up the song made it here a while ago, but the cold plunge never made it so I haven’t had to experience my sauna because I wanted to use them together, so I’m not sure how many stars to give the company has been very attentive and responding to me. That’s great and ready to resolve my problem so I guess I’ll make a one star a three star just because of customer service.

UPDATE : The onyxeek sauna I received in about 18 days can’t put together because the locking mechanisms are not in matching locations, so now I have to remove them and screw it together.I DID NOT expect to hear from Burneek due to the reviews online, but I have been !! And Valeria was responsive and willing to send another unit, but since I screwed it together and it works as it should I was offered a couple hundred dollar refund for my troubles. I can’t say my entire buying experience was enjoyable due to the anxiety of all the negative reviews, Burneek has been responsive and helpful to me. I haven’t received refund yet but it’s only been a day. But I’m hopeful. I will update again when/if it comes through UPDATE:: I am happy to say I received the proposed refund as promised, thank you Valeria for your communications.

Don’t even know what to think. Doing business with this company has been interesting to say the least. I ordered my sauna with a cold plunge back in January with a 2-3 day delivery. Well it took nearly a month to get the sauna but the cold plunge was going to be shipped at a later date. Okay, I can deal with that. Fast forward a month, and on the 5th of March I received three emails from Burneek stating that my cold plunge has been shipped. One email is just telling me my order is now complete and all items have shipped. Two of those emails state item has been shipped but both emails have a different tracking number for the same item. When I click on either tracking number it tells me FedEX is still waiting to receive the item. One tracking number states label was created in California and the other tracking number states label was created in Florida. I guess I should just be grateful that I got my sauna.
