BurneekReviews of burneek.com

Burneek has been an awesome company with a great customer service! I definitely recommend Burneek and all they have to offer. I have the sauna and it is absolutely worth it! Great for home workouts. Can’t recommend them enough!

My sauna was easy to set up and use. I especially enjoy using it after a stressful day. I am hoping to upgrade to a larger unit in the future.

The sauna we purchased from Burneek is amazing! The ordering process was extremely quick and easy and we even received a FREE cold plunge tub, wonderful bonus. Shipping time was extremely quick. The sauna itself was very easy to set up, easy to use, and it is extremely easy to clean. The addition of the red light is fantastic. We love the timer feature as well, it makes using the sauna very easy. We’ve also purchased the cleaning kit, which is nice and convenient to use. Overall, very pleased with the products and company. Will definitely recommend!

I LOVE my Burneek sauna and cold plunge so much, and this is the BEST company to buy them from. I recently recovered from a very serious illness and I believe my sauna and cold plunge use was a big part of my recovery. Look up the emerging research on the incredible benefits of heat shock (and cold therapy too if you’re thinking about getting the cold plunge) - they’re like a health and fitness cheat code that tricks your body into thinking you’ve done an intense workout, and it massively boosts your immune system. My sauna and cold plunge are superb for the price point - they’re high quality, sturdy, reliable and an invaluable part of my self care and recovery routine. I feel like I have a spa in my home! Not only that, but their customer service is the best, hands down, of any company I’ve ever dealt with. I had a problem, 8 months after purchase, and they went far above and beyond to fix it for me. My entire experience With Burneek couldn’t be better. I love this company!!

My experience was amazing when i first stepped into my burneek sauna. I was in the privacy of my own home and set up was so super simple. And customer service was very knowledgeable. Get yourselves a BURNEEK

I finally was able to set up my Onyx 2 person sauna, however it kept tripping my circuit. I had an electrician run a dedicated circuit to the sauna but the problem persisted. I contacted Burneek and relayed my issue. Without hesitation they were on top of my issue and sent me a bigger internal circuit to solve the problem. From my initial email to Burneek to receipt and installation of the part was less than a week. Incredible customer service and incredible sauna. I'm extremely happy and thankful to the team over there.

I’ve been using the Onyxeek sauna for 4 months now. I absolutely love it! Great quality and price. It’s an essential part of my daily routine.

Burneek products are great and I use my sauna 3 or 4 times a week.
