Over 3 weeks have passed and my sauna still is marked label created, shipper notified. Burneek customer service is useless and continues to blame the shipper. Please reconsider purchasing from this company. Go with a more reputable seller. Do not waster your time and money having to dispute your purchase with the seller and your credit card company.
Response from BurneekFeb 17, 2026
We understand how frustrating it is to see a tracking number that hasn’t updated. Burneek is not a scam, and orders are not created without intention to ship. While some customers experienced longer-than-expected transit times, products are being delivered and cases are being handled individually. Our priority remains making sure customers receive what they paid for. Anyone with a pending order is encouraged to contact our official support email so the case can be reviewed directly. — Burneek

Burneek is not a scam, and no member of our team is engaged in fraudulent activity. During a specific period, some orders experienced complications related to shipment processing and tracking visibility, which understandably created frustration for certain customers. Our focus remains on fulfilling valid orders and resolving individual cases appropriately. We encourage direct communication through our official support channel so concerns can be reviewed and addressed properly. — Burneek

It performs like a higher priced sauna, honestly.

Ordered 1/4, still waiting. Say they will escalate, but no response. Sent 10 emails so far with no answer.

Hello, We’re sorry this has been your experience. Orders placed during that specific timeframe were impacted, and we understand how frustrating that has been. Most of those cases are already being resolved. Please reach out again via [email protected] and mention that you are contacting us from Trustpilot so your case can be prioritized appropriately. Our goal is always to improve the customer experience, and we work on that every day. — Burneek

Made my order on February 4th and I tried to contact them via email and phone. No luck. I finally was able to contact them on Instagram and they claimed that I pre-ordered because they were sold out. I did not see mention of this anywhere when I made my order. Don't even bother disputing with them just go to your bank
Response from BurneekFeb 13, 2026
We understand how frustrating this must have felt. If an item transitions to pre-order due to high demand, that information is displayed on the product page at the time of purchase. Pre-orders are scheduled with an estimated shipping window, not immediate shipment. We’re sorry if that was missed or not clearly noticed during checkout. Our goal is always transparency and fulfillment of every valid order. We continue working to improve communication so expectations are clear from the start. — Burneek

Update to my last review Burneek finally sent out my sauna just opened it and well its not the one I paid for….i paid for the halo sauna with infrared red light therapy and its looks like they sent me just the halo sauna with the whole experience its not even worth attempting to have them correct this it’s a pity because this sauna was a temporary item for me till july where I would of purchased a full wood sauna but looks like I will have to buy from one of there competitors i dont feel valued as a paying customer and sending me this feels like this was telling me to shut up and just take this sauna…
Response from BurneekFeb 12, 2026
We’d like to clarify something important for transparency. The HALO sauna with red light therapy uses the same core unit, with the red light functioning as an add-on accessory rather than a different sauna model. If the red light accessory was not included in the initial shipment, it simply means that component needs to be completed separately. We are committed to ensuring every customer receives the full configuration purchased. If this is the case, please email [email protected] , and our team will verify your order and arrange to have the accessory sent out as soon as possible. — Burneek

Like the other reviews say, this company is a sinking ship. They create shipping labels without shipping products. Don’t even bother trying to cancel an order with them just dispute the charge with whatever card you used
Response from BurneekFeb 12, 2026
We understand that reviews like this can be concerning to read. We want to clarify that Burneek is actively shipping orders and supporting customers. There was a period where tracking visibility caused confusion due to how carrier scans were posted, but that did not mean orders were not being processed. Customers are receiving their products, and our team continues working to ensure all remaining orders are completed. We remain committed to delivering what customers purchase and improving the overall experience. — Burneek
