Nice house, nice neighborhood, convenient shopping area close by. I love the this house, roommates are nice, and cozy living area. Hard to communicate with staff or Bungalow, requested to send emails or text to communicate. Can't get a live person on the phone, and the app can be fidgety. I would request better way to talk to a live person. Honestly, good overall. Houses will very

Hi Jeremy -- We love to hear that you are happy with the home and roommates! Appreciate the feedback on wanting to speak to someone instead of only communicating through the app. We are taking this into consideration as we continuously try to improve our product and experience.

The team is very responsive and reasonable. The apps to pay and look up lease information are intuitive and convenient.

The concept of Bungalow could be great, but it lacks in action (positives at the end). Starting with the fees: when I moved in with Bungalow I had to pay $99 (incl. cleaning fee). After only a few months I got a random email of a service fee increase of almost $100 AND the cleaning fee was not even included anymore. For me as a trainee, barely being able to cover my other expenses this was a HUGE increase (almost $130 more per month than what I initially signed up for). I understand that they have to make a profit, but that was just a no-go. I came to Bungalow as a foreigner without a credit card score, with a small income hoping I could find an affordable organized space to live. On top of my base rent, I pay an extra $400-500 for utilities/service-fee/cleaning each month. Please be more transparent with costs, so that people like me don't get trapped. Other than that, Bungalow always responds incredibly fast if an issue occurs. As I said in the beginning, their concept could be great but they should be more transparent in terms of their hidden fees and costs.

Hi Suselibuseli -- We know that increases in fees can be very frustrating to our residents and we try our best to limit these situations from happening. The increase to our service fee was necessary to reflect the rising operational costs in each market. We aim to be as transparent as possible and proactive with our communication to our community. We value you as a Bungalow resident!

Helpful staff but harder to sign lease before getting to see the space in person. Place was clean and nice when I moved in

Hi Sid -- We encourage everyone to utilize the Matterport 3D tours to view the spaces, but understand that it is helpful to view in person. Great to hear that you were pleased with the condition of the space. Welcome to the Bungalow community!

There seemed to be a lot of issues with house. Previous renters never submitted matinenance requests in. The problems just remained there. For example the tiles in the upstairs have been broken ever since I moved in. I tried to get bungalow to fix it but no such luck. Bungalow renters have not been responsible and I feel like I have done a-lot. Bungalow needs to come out o the homes at least once a year to see what the needs are of the house. Also, I really don’t like that bungalow never lets us talk to a person the phone. I don’t like talking through the app.

Hi Jenna -- Thank you for sharing your experience with Bungalow. We want to ensure we provide everyone with the support that they need and encourage residents to submit tickets through the app so our team can resolve the issue right away. We appreciate your feedback about having more dedicated phone support and will be working on that internally as we continuously improve our product experience.
