Our leasing agent, Claudio Brocato, was extremely responsive and professional at each step along the way—from the application process to move-in. He answered every question and ensured that we had all the information needed, especially after move-in.

Claudio was absolutely exceptional throughout our leasing process. From the very beginning, he was responsive, professional, transparent, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. What stood out most was his willingness to advocate on our behalf. He took the time to investigate questions we had regarding pricing, concessions, payment timing, and lease terms, and consistently followed up with clear answers and written confirmations. He went above and beyond to communicate with management and ensure we understood every detail before moving forward. Moving can be a stressful process, but Claudio made it feel straightforward and seamless. His responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to helping us find solutions gave us a great deal of confidence throughout the process. We are incredibly grateful for all of his help and are excited to be moving into our new home. Bungalow is fortunate to have someone as dedicated and professional as Claudio on their team.

Claudio Brocato was very helpful and in constant communication with me during our interest and work through signing the lease for our rental. He made the process very easy for us.

I had a really positive experience using Bungalow to find a room in Redwood City. The platform made it easy to explore available homes, schedule tours, and communicate with the host. Everything was well organized and the process felt smooth and transparent from start to finish. I especially appreciated being able to tour the house before signing the lease, which helped me feel confident about the decision. The communication was clear and the steps for the application and lease were straightforward. Overall, Bungalow made the housing search much easier, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a room in a shared home.

Claudio was so responsive and helpful with securing our lease for a home while we are still out of state! I hope our renting experience is just as positive with the rest of the company while we live in our home with Bungalow.
