While the property seemed nice on paper, in reality it was poorly maintained. I got a sinus infection in the first week of living there because no one had bothered to change the A/C air filter. The front door latch needed repair the entire duration of my stay, the downstairs shower was broken for 1 whole month before maintenance came by to fix it. Tickets were raised for all these issues, however Bungalow was so slow to respond and actually fix the issue. There are hidden fees that they don't advertise initially. The rent they show on their website is around 200-300 lower than what you will actually pay. Furthermore, they are now asking me to pay an additional 700 dollars because I did not alert them that I was leaving at the end of my lease. What is the point of an end date on the lease agreement if I need to also tell you when I intend to leave?? Bogus charges, and super unresponsive personnel. Do NOT rent from Bungalow.

PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM BUNGALOW. PLEASE SPEND THE LITTLE EXTRA MONEY ON A BETTER COMPANY/COMPLEX. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I am two days into my 12-month lease at the time of writing this, and it is already bad enough to warrant an extremely low review. Will change this later if it ever improves. Throughout the entire lease-signing process, it has been absolutely awful trying to contact someone with questions. Texts and calls are never answered, and any email is (lately) responded with “just go through the app and do X, Y, and Z.” This will never answer any of your questions. But don’t take a guess on your question, either, because you’ll probably be wrong and they’ll throw a charge on your account. While there is cheap rent, don’t forget about the $250+ “service fee” which gets added every single month, for cleaning that doesn’t always come, lawn service that is very irregular, and long maintenance wait times. If you have any hope in hanging/mounting any picture frames, TVs, uniform shadowboxes, etc. in your own room, just don’t even try. I was told I needed to submit a maintenance request to hang this TV, but was later informed I would be charged for this. Well I could just hang it myself, right? Wrong. I was told I needed “prior written authorization” from Bungalow in order to do it myself. When I ask about how to get this authorization, you guessed it, I’m told to go the stupid app and fill out a maintenance form. I was told via phone call that I will be charged at move-out if I don’t spackle the holes and repaint the walls. For the security deposit, just forget about it. It’s lost money, you won’t get it back. They will always find something to get you.Might even have an extra charge on top.

Our leasing agent, Claudio Brocato, was extremely responsive and professional at each step along the way—from the application process to move-in. He answered every question and ensured that we had all the information needed, especially after move-in.

Just run stay away. Been here 8 months. Communication is like pulling teeth on a tiger. They’d rather squeeze random fees without warning to you. Most recent dog off leash fee. First off my dog is 6lb 0 teeth and 11 years old. I have pictures of her recently on leash. She’s only not in house and entering and exiting my car and in a bag usually. They only care about getting money from you and keeping you long term is of no concern. If you’re wanting to stay long term run and run fast. 3 of us here in a 5 bedroom home. One room they’ve been trying to rent over two months. All of us here all 3 will not be signing a new lease and can’t wait to cut ties with bungalow. Btw I was at my home before here 9 years. Keeping good tenants is of no concern to them
