As I was applying to become a resident, I feel like Jecill's goal was to keep me from getting a room.

PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM BUNGALOW. PLEASE SPEND THE LITTLE EXTRA MONEY ON A BETTER COMPANY/COMPLEX. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I am two days into my 12-month lease at the time of writing this, and it is already bad enough to warrant an extremely low review. Will change this later if it ever improves. Throughout the entire lease-signing process, it has been absolutely awful trying to contact someone with questions. Texts and calls are never answered, and any email is (lately) responded with “just go through the app and do X, Y, and Z.” This will never answer any of your questions. But don’t take a guess on your question, either, because you’ll probably be wrong and they’ll throw a charge on your account. While there is cheap rent, don’t forget about the $250+ “service fee” which gets added every single month, for cleaning that doesn’t always come, lawn service that is very irregular, and long maintenance wait times. If you have any hope in hanging/mounting any picture frames, TVs, uniform shadowboxes, etc. in your own room, just don’t even try. I was told I needed to submit a maintenance request to hang this TV, but was later informed I would be charged for this. Well I could just hang it myself, right? Wrong. I was told I needed “prior written authorization” from Bungalow in order to do it myself. When I ask about how to get this authorization, you guessed it, I’m told to go the stupid app and fill out a maintenance form. I was told via phone call that I will be charged at move-out if I don’t spackle the holes and repaint the walls. For the security deposit, just forget about it. It’s lost money, you won’t get it back. They will always find something to get you.Might even have an extra charge on top.

Just run stay away. Been here 8 months. Communication is like pulling teeth on a tiger. They’d rather squeeze random fees without warning to you. Most recent dog off leash fee. First off my dog is 6lb 0 teeth and 11 years old. I have pictures of her recently on leash. She’s only not in house and entering and exiting my car and in a bag usually. They only care about getting money from you and keeping you long term is of no concern. If you’re wanting to stay long term run and run fast. 3 of us here in a 5 bedroom home. One room they’ve been trying to rent over two months. All of us here all 3 will not be signing a new lease and can’t wait to cut ties with bungalow. Btw I was at my home before here 9 years. Keeping good tenants is of no concern to them

Place looks filthy and smells. There is a charge for cleaning and the kitchen, refrigerator, bathroom are filthy. When was the last time somebody cleaned the kitchen?. The restroom is filthy and smelly. This is not what your add sells.

I had an extremely negative experience with Bungalow. My concerns involved billing disputes, fees, maintenance issues, and communication throughout my tenancy. After months of attempting to resolve these issues, I ultimately filed a civil lawsuit against the company and the matter was later settled. Based on my experience, I would not rent through Bungalow again and would not recommend the company to friends or family. I found the advertised costs to be significantly different from the total amount I ultimately paid, and I felt many issues were handled in a way that created unnecessary stress and frustration. Before signing a lease, I strongly encourage prospective tenants to read the lease carefully, research reviews from multiple sources, and fully understand all fees, policies, and obligations.

Once you have contacted them they offer nothing but unwanted texts, calls, and emails. Bots call your mobile repeatedly and you cannot get rid of them. DO NOT go near them!
