Utterly dissatisfied. Bungalow living is duping me
I rented a single room in a shared apartment in Fort Worth, Texas. During my stay, I encountered fraudulent billing practices involving the water bill, which was under the name of Bells Locations LLC. The bill for one month amounted to an unusually high $373 for four occupants. I have evidence supporting this discrepancy. Despite reaching out to the management team for resolution, they refused to address the issue, prompting me to report the matter. Following my report, the management retaliated by initiating eviction proceedings without providing the legally required 30-day notice. After vacating the property, I just discovered that my account had been sent to collections without prior notification of any outstanding balance. This behavior is both unethical and a breach of their lease agreement. Their actions demonstrate a lack of professionalism and fairness. They are duping innocent people. Also, they have not returned my security deposit.
