This is a horrible company. I recently was with homeroom. But Bungalow has bought the property management. They have not properly updated my balance. There is no way to contact them. Stay away from these people. One day until my rent is do. They want me to pay the full amount. Although, I already sent the payment to previous company. So, what do I do, can't contact anyone.

Bungalow failed to follow Oregon law - and had contractors come into the property without notification for a non-emergency repair. They admitted this via email as well that they made this error. It's scary how little Bungalow actually knows what is going on as they outsource everything to all these different firms (Maintenace Support is done by a third party who outsources to local teams - they have no offices in Portland). Bungalow won't let you actually speak to anyone about your lease, only via tickets - so when a material breach occurs, you are left in the dark. Lastly - if anything goes wrong, you are on your own. They do not care, they blame others, and you have to remind over and over the responsibility of Bungalow under the lease they execute. Please - if you're reading this, take it from me, do not sign a lease with this company.

David Arcel made my experience great, very patient, answered all my questions, professionally walked me through process all way to end, lease signing, amount due deposited and details for next steps. The negative is that like me, many new renters will be excited to be able to share pics, 3D walkthroughs, the 3D floor plan, which the website has excellent content. Unfortunately, since they take down the ad on their website, all that goes away. It would be great if they could update their resident portal to include this content.

The good reviews MUST BE FAKE. Literally the worst company I've ever dealt with. No way to contact them, they waste tons of your time and fix almost nothing. Super stressful. I'd rather die than deal with these people. They are rude and told me to fix my own fan/light which another roommate has remote crosswired to. 3 Months of them controlling it I'm completely pissed off. Many other issues, no way to contact Bungalow I had to contact the maintenance service directly. It's always a new form of contact, a new employee, and the App almost never works. STAY AWAY. Will be posting this review everywhere.

I'm writing this review from a coffee shop. The resident home I live in has been out of internet for over a week, the refrigerator is not working and the home has outstanding maintenance request, including a broken door knob. The company will tell us that they have sent someone to our home to fix the issues and nothing gets fixed. Currently, our wifi is not on and Bungalow has done absolutely nothing and has not communicated to me in 3 days. I do not recommend anyone doing business with this company.

Really nice and helpful

Please please please never move into a Bungalow property. In my experience and in my opinion, they are incompetent, scummy, and are completely incapable of doing good business. They abandon procedures, take forever for maintenance requests (sometimes not even fulfilling them), and charge exorbitant fees. Please avoid.

Got charged a "junk removal fee" of $120 per person ($600 total) for junk left behind by previous residents. Have been calling and emailing for a month with no response to discuss this charge at the very least. It's getting to the point of considering legal action. The fees are ridiculous in general. Do yourself a favor and never rent with Bungalow.
