Do not get involved with this rip off. Not worth the money.

Avoid this company! They advertise making strong dog toys but my dog destroyed the toys within 5 minutes. They will not cancel my subscriptions as there is a 3 month minimum. I am now out a lot of money because they won't even cancel upcoming boxes.

Hello - We’re sorry our toys didn’t meet your expectations. While our rubber and nylon toys are tested for tough chewers, we know every pup has a unique play style. Your feedback helps us improve durability and design, as well as product education and recommendations, to ensure a safe and enriching experience for every pup. We’d appreciate another chance to support your dog’s play needs! If you’re interested, please contact us at [email protected] or via live chat with a screenshot of your review and this response—we’d be happy to send a toy of an alternate material for your pup to try!

Despite me changing what I wanted within my account to reflect what a powerful chewer I own, they kept sending the wrong toys.

I do not recommend this company. I have a 10lb Yorkie who is a tough chewer. He chewed through the nylon, rope, and rubber toys in matter of mins. The nylon toys are filled with a plastic material that can be dangerous if ingested. The pieces of rubber he tore off can also be very dangerous if ingested. I emailed several times to cancel my subscription because they have NO LIVE PERSON to speak with. They gave me a very difficult time cancelling until i told them I will cancel the card associated with the account. Finally cancelled my subscription after much aggravation on my part.

I have aggressive chewers. They destroyed the three toys in the box within 15 mins, there is an option to change material type, but spending 30 bucks on a box full of rope toys doesn't seem frugal. Asked to cancel and was told that I can cancel renewal AFTER the year I signed up for. So... Looks like I'm stuck. Buyer beware!! There are other subscription services that allow you to pause or cancel at will.

Great toys and treats. We had to experiment with the different types of toys to figure out the right durability, but once we did, roscoe loved it. It is a subscription monthly plan so if you choose a six month or 12 month plan then be aware that you are signing up for 12 months of toys/treats. We signed-up for a longer plan so we could get the deeper monthly discount.

Hi Marc - thank you for taking the time to share your great experience with our Bullymake box! Sending tail wags to you and Roscoe!

I had a three month subscription before canceling. First, shipping takes forever!! My orders all arrived 10 days after shipping so I was getting holiday boxes well into the next month which was annoying. The treats have poor ingredients, all filled with canola oil and starches/carbs, the only meat is “meat powder” which is usually the third+ ingredient on the list. My dog did like the rubber toys and chews some of the nylon toys but doesn't like all of them (I think bc they’re so heavy). The other toys she ripped to shreds very quickly. Canceling my subscription was annoying, you can’t do it on your account, you have to contact them directly and once you do they try to convince you to keep your box. I recommend saving your money and switching to Kong toys, Popsicles, bully sticks, and Himalayan chews.

Hi Crystal - We’re sorry your experience with our box did not meet your expectations, specifically with the treat selections. Your feedback is taken seriously and helps us improve durability and design, as well as product education and recommendations, to ensure a safe and enriching experience for every pup. If you have anything specific you would like to see on the treat offerings in the future and would be inclined to share this with our team, we would be very appreciative of the feedback. We’d love a chance to make things right! If you’re open to trying our products again, please contact us at [email protected] or via live chat, and we’ll find the best option for you. We do have toy only box options that can be customized to your pup's favorite toy types!

Great variety in the box and love my treats. Didn't realize you can customize each box with different toy strengths which is great as I have one dog that is a tough chewer and another one that isn't.
