Such a joke of a company. I was so excited for this and didn’t mind paying to have delivered to Australia as I fell for their very well structured marketing. I cancelled after 1 box as my dog destroyed 3 out of 4 toys within minutes after waiting 2 months for it to arrive in the first place. I was happy to spend money on something of higher quality but unfortunately I think my dogs $2 toys are made to last better. Customer service say the nylon toys show “normal wear and tear” when large chunks of the toy are coming off and being ingested by my dog. Not sure who you guys are seeing but my vet definitely doesn’t recommend feeding your dog any kind of synthetic material. Very difficult to cancel and overall just a horrible experience dealing with this company.

I placed my order on 8-25-2022 and am still awaiting a delivery. I was told by customer service it is scheduled for 9-9-22. That is completely unacceptable (15 days). Their sore said 5-7 days. I receive all of my other deliveries in a timely matter. I won’t be buying any further boxes from this company regardless of the toys.

This is a subscription scam. Even if you follow the process on the website to pause/cancel, they keep billing you. When you approach customer service, they acknowledge the issue but refuse a refund. This is scam.

BE AWARE! You can't remove your payment details on your own. And the last 4 digits of your card plus the expiry date remain on your account information even after asking customer service to delete your payment details. It doesn't fill the customer with confidence that they can't remove their card details on their own and have to ask for customer assistance to do so. And even when they do, nothing changes on your end and no real visible indication that payment details have been removed at all. My card details are still there. In a world where privacy and personal data is a hot topic, it's honestly pretty poor. Not happy about this at all. I understand that that all cards has been removed from their system (a screen shot was provided). But I'm sorry but the details are still there because their website is rendering them. So they are saved somewhere in a database. I also understand that I can opt to remove all my account details using the bullymake /removal tool. But this is a very handed way to go about the problem. It will in turn mean I will lose access to invoices and billing history and tracking details. I just want to remove my card details from the front-end of the website. Wouldn't have thought it was such a tough ask.

For a subscription rip off scheme, but this one was especially horrible. The products themselves are okay, but the unclear checkout system, hidden subscription information, and not being able to cancel your subscription without contacting support is terrible. I signed up for what I thought was a one time delivery for a friend as a gift, but got roped into a subscription. No alerts, no nothing until my second box shipped. And of course, since it shipped, there is nothing Bullymake can do to cancel or refund it. DO NOT use this service.

I really didn’t want to leave a negative review, however given my experience feel compelled to let others know about issues they may face with this company. I ordered my dog a Christmas box- the rubber toys were excellent and indestructible, however the nylon toys despite being supervised my dog was able to chew bits off which made him sick (potential health hazard). I informed Bullymake & was refunded for these toys (despite just asking for replacements) & then left my account on hold. About two months later I ordered a box, this time with just the rubber toys. My box was in shipment “en route” status to DPD hub for nearly two weeks USA- UK. I was informed it was lost & would be reshipped. Week later nothing- so recontacted & told replacement has been lost also. Every week for nearly a month I was told every time the replacement was “lost” and would be sent out within 72hrs. This never happened. I actually wondered whether I would see a box or even my money back! Finally, I was able to get hold of someone through fb messenger who told me “they don’t ship to the UK anymore”- well why did no one think to firstly contact me instead of just saying nothing? & why was I told repeatedly it was reshipped? I’m really disappointed & irritated with how this was handled- therefore 2* only for the rubber toys I received in the first box.

Got a box last fall, I live in Canada so none of the treats can come across the border, basically got 6 toys (I have 2 dogs). Toys are great, the really hard nylon ones are just about indestructible. However, my dogs lost interest in them very quickly. They almost need to give the option for level of durability in the toy, as I know many people have power chewers (like mine) who destroy everything so easily. I was thinking this was going to be a great find, they just lost interest in the really hard ones, so not sure how to win there. I had to take the rope away from them right away, as it gets shredded and eaten and will cause a bowel obstruction. I didn't know they were sending a rope either, or I would have told them no. I believe it was supplemented for the treats. They really loved the rubber ones, and they destroyed them pretty early on. I really don't like that you need to have a subscription all the time. I know you can choose the frequency, but if you do not want it anymore at all, its more of a process to stop them. Not a fan of that at all, I'd like to be able to choose if I purchase or not. Even if you drop the frequency to once a year, if you ever forget about it, they will charge. Customer service was mostly helpful, though i'm sure they are paid to try and stop any cancellations. I would recommend to anyone who wants regular service and needs frequent boxes of toys and for dogs that will destroy anything, and maybe don't have time to run out or remember to buy them, but for me this was not necessary so often.

Had high hopes, but was disappointed. Toys were either destroyed in minutes or hard as a rock.
