THIS SERVICE IS A SCAM! Impossible to cancel. I emailed them, since it's the only way to cancel on the 1st of December. Requested to cancel and ironically I received an email on the 20th of December with "tracking information" although I requested to cancel. The is zero customer service. You're unable to easily cancel so you're locked into a $50 subscription until you make a big fuss such as this apparently. The quality of the dog toys is questionable and for $50 only getting 3 or 4 toys is a rip off. My dog typically would tear up one of the toys within a few minutes, the plastic like toys are the only ones that last since he doesn't really chew on them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR SERVICE. I suggest going with a company that respects their customers requests and can be canceled without having to jump through hoops. This is ridiculous and I shouldn't have to go through this just to cancel a subscription.

Love getting my box each month and my dog loves the treats/toys!!!

I love our BULLYMAKE boxes. My son knows each time the orange box arrives that he gets to unpack a bunch of goodies for our sheepadoodle. We customize and receive an all toy box so she gets a great variety each month.

My dog destroyed the toys, one in the first 2 minutes, the other came apart the next day. I've been going back and forth with BullyMake via email as they don't offer telephone options. After I sent them pictures they offered to replace with nylon toys (most durable) but then told me they wouldn't replace again! I've asked to cancel my membership and for a refund as this wasn't what I signed up for. I was informed that they would not cancel my membership until the year had passed and I would be charged every month! I told them that no where did I read that they only replaced toys once. So... I called my bank and they will not allow them to charge me again. This is not good customer relations.

Unable to cancel. They say the boxes are repacked for your subscription. Has to be a lie because you can change your box every month. My Dane only likes the ropes and stuffed animals-everything else just sits in the toy box. Destroyed within hours. They replace them with more junk. The treats are sized for a Yorker. Not kidding. Do not fall for the year - if you want to try it, ONE MONTH!

This is a horrible business, despite contacting and emailing to stop service and skip months and cancel they will not stop. DO not give them any of your information they will constantly charge you and say they are skipping a month but wont. They send you the same crap treats with no variety and toys your bully destoys. They say you can replace them but they don't send you any you have to pay for it. Don't fall for it or waste your money.

Love our monthly Bullymake box. They have different types of toys to choose from every month which vary in strength. Some months we can give roxco a harder toy and others a softer toy.

Bought a $15 toy at a gas station in Montana. That's Expensive to me- a $15 toy? Do you realize some people work a hour of their life just to make $15? .... I tried to get a replacement item that was tougher for my 20lb dog and it was a very unsatisfactory experience in chat. Just a lot of meaningless "sorries". As a first time customer, even with a bank statement from where I purchased a few days ago (shouldn't they know who they are selling to? Don't you have a file somewhere?) and a photo of the mangled toy they wouldn't even consider a replacement. I needed to have a receipt with the name of the company on it for it to be considered. THERE ARE ALWAYS EXCEPTIONS. People need to have more faith in their customers these days, life is hard enough and I just wasted my time, but I think its important to write this. I will not be buying from Bullymake again. Learn from other companies like "West Paw". You're doing it wrong.
