Worth the monthly investment
This subscription box is one of the best investments I’ve made for my dog. The toys are the most durable I’ve ever come across, and each one has a unique purpose, keeping my dog entertained while I’m busy. I love the variety, and the monthly themes are adorable. When we started accumulating too many toys, their customer service team made pausing my subscription quick and easy, which I really appreciated. My only wish is for them to offer more add-on options besides supplements. Other than that, I’m very pleased with their products and service!

The toys are not indestructible
The toys are not indestructible, as within two days both toys were totally destroyed. And when I went to cancel my order, the company either offer me a replacement....why would I want a replacement when the first two toys are destroyed or because I got a subscription special for 3 months, I need to pay an additional $10 to cancel my subscription.....oh my be aware of this company.

Hi Kathleen -We’re sorry our toy didn’t meet your expectations. While our rubber and nylon toys are tested for tough chewers, we know every pup has a unique play style. Our replacement process allows for pet parents to try toy types risk free to hopefully find the perfect fit for their dog. Your feedback helps us improve durability and design, as well as product education and recommendations, to ensure a safe and enriching experience for every pup. We’d appreciate another chance to support your dog’s play needs! If you’re interested, please contact us at [email protected] or via live chat with a screenshot of your review and this response—we’d be happy to send a toy of a different material than before for your pup to try!

Awful toys and horrible service!
The toys received in both of my last boxes were basically solid chunks of hard plastic that will absolutely break teeth, or cheaply made plastic bag filled ”stuffies.” The subscription is also very hard to cancel, they will charge you a fee on top of charging you the monthly price of the boxes to ensure you “stay with the commitment” I would very much rather spend my money at a local pet store. Never getting a dog subscription box again because of how awful this company is

Hi Bailey - we are sorry to hear that you didn't have a good experience with your last Bullymake boxes. While our rubber and nylon toys are tested for tough chewers, we know every pup has a unique play style. Your feedback helps us improve durability and design, as well as product education and recommendations, to ensure a safe and enriching experience for every pup. In 2025, we’re working hard to utilize customer feedback to improve our service approach and policies to ensure every interaction is great. We’d love a chance to make things right! If you’re open to trying our products again, please contact us at [email protected] or via live chat, and we’ll find the best option for you.

Charged After Selecting 3 Month Plan
Be warey about them charging you for extra months. The toys were decent, but the customer experience is really bad. Not talking about the customer service, which the reply is pretty fast, but how they charge you. If you want to cancel a plan, you have to go through customer service to do it. There's no way the cancel it on their website. I selected a 3 month plan thinking that it wouldn't charge me more after (like most subscription services). But nope, today I just found out I was charged without prior notification. Maybe I didn't read carefully before applying? I've done many subscription based services and this is my first time where I got charged unexpectedly after selecting a certain plan duration. Even so, I would be able to cancel the service on my own on their website. The fact you can't do that is kind of sketchy imo. Even if their toys are decent, customer service replied really fast, it's a big NO for me because how they unexpectedly charge customers. Feels more like a scam.

Have attempted to cancel multiple times…
Have attempted to cancel multiple times and my credit card continues to get billed. The products aren't special and can get better quality elsewhere for the price.

Hi Chatrina - we are sorry to hear this. Please reach out to our team at [email protected] and ask to be connected with a service supervisor so we can make this right for you.

Not worth it at all
Got the toys thinking these were going to last at least a few weeks longer than the brands available at our pet store but unfortunately the plushy ones and the slingy type did not survive the first 5 minutes. The rope is completely coming undone and one of my dogs can chew the whole thing off. Not impressed at all.

Your advertisement on Facebook is…
Your advertisement on Facebook is disgusting. You put tried and true toys that have been around forever to make your toys seem better. Tell me why your toys are better than the other options. I will never buy your toys because you are Lousy at advertising!!!!

A disappointing interaction
I was super disappointed with these dog toys. My dog managed to break 1 of the hundred-odd he’d gotten, and the person I contacted about organising a refund, but they were abrupt, dismissive, and bordering on rude. It was a very unpleasant interaction, especially because I was paying in AUD and the obscene postage fees because I was told the toys and support were exemplary. I would not recommend these for Australian doggos
