My dog is 70lbs and able to chew threw all of the toys deemed indestructible. I wanted all stuffed animals because that is what my dog prefers and was unable to do that. As consolation, they gave me a rope toy which shouldn't even be offered as they can wrap around dog intestines. They would not let me leave my 6 month subscription which is understandable, but did not seem to value me as a customer.

Do not buy the BULLYMAKE dog boxes!! They give you two toys( one is good quality and one is cheap totalling about $12.) You also get three bags of treats 4.5oz value $10. They also tell you you will get your package in 5 to 7 days. Mine took 10 days for the first one. Rip off!!

Bullymake is the worst of the dog subscription boxes by far. The support is rude, the toys suck (they’re all nylon), and the customization options are just bad. Their primary competitor is hands down better. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.

This is a deceptive subscription service. I joined last year for a year to receive the special monthly rate of $31 a box. I’ve been dissatisfied with it from the very first box. Not because the products aren’t tough, but because they are not good options for our dogs. They are too big in many cases for our dogs’ mouths and ended up being a complete waste of money for us as we were not permitted to cancel our subscription and were forced to pay for and receive products we couldn’t use for the full year despite numerous requests to cancel our subscription. Our monthly charges were over $50 each. And despite confirmation that our subscription would finally end and not be auto renewed after the September order, an October order was shipped and we were charged over $50 again. I have requested a refund twice now for October and am still waiting for a response regarding it. In my opinion this is a complete rip off. One would be better off looking for hard plastic toys for their dogs at pet stores or Amazon. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Will not let me cancel even tho my dogs choked on the low quality rubber toys

Bullymake is a scam. There is no canceling on their website, you have to cancel on their chat or via an email. Only trick is that neither works. I have proof of cancelation through both and they keep sending. Once they get your pay information they continue to send their crappy product. Have to look into Bbb help now

Huge ripoff..

I contacted Bullymake after purchasing a 3 month subscription-Since my friends dog was moving to another state, the lady said yes we will cancel it but you have to pay the 1 month subscription which is $10 more for the month. (3 months $30 vs 1 month 40 roughly) Fine 👍. My box never showed up (just the 1 month) so I reached out. The new lady said I did not cancel in time so I owe for 3 months EVEN THOUGH I NEVER EVEN GOT THE FIRST ONE, and I was told if I paid more I would be good to go.. which I did. Lord help these people. Honestly. Do not sign up here.
