The toys r horrible they r just heavy hard toys that puppies struggle to carry around plus they scratch ur hardwood floors and they say u can cancel anytime but it's not true!! Worst subscription choice ever!!!!

Welp - lesson learned - never EVER using BULLYMAKE for toys again. 😡🤬 Not only did they send multiple items I specifically opted out of due to safety issues (i.e. a cheap rope toy and tooth-shattering plastic choke hazards), but 3 out of 4 toys in the box are unusable. I tried reaching out to their customer service team and not only would they not due anything to make it right - they ALSO charged me an extra $30 bucks to get out of my subscription early, on top of the $30 I already paid for the first box. Yep. $60 down the drain for one single blue ball. You would think that when a company's entire business model revolves around sending out a few dog toys a month to customers (which isn't exactly rocket science), they would be better at it than THIS at least. 🤮😱🤦🏼♀️

Do not be taken in by these ads. Once you sign up, you are not able to cancel without a fee. Their default setting, only explained in the fine print that I missed, is a six month subscription. Which feels very much like a scam. Plus, the toy selection has been the exact same 5 toys for the fourth month in a row! You get to choose two per box but after 3 months of deliveries, I already have all of them. It's such a scam that November's box has the exact same 5 toys to choose from for the fourth month in a row. Customer service is obviously offsite in a country where labor is cheaper. They have never seen the boxes and continue to tell me that the selection changes every month. Stay far away from this company!!!! Huge scam!

Hi Angee! We’re sorry to hear how frustrated you’ve been with the subscription commitment and toy selection. We understand how disappointing it can be when the available options don’t feel new or varied, and we apologize that your experience hasn’t met your expectations. Our subscription terms outline the commitment and early cancellation policy, but we understand that this may not have been clear when you signed up. We will be sure to share this feedback with our team.

There product is fine. It is the subscription policy. If you want to cancel , your still obligated to pay for whatever months you have left or buy your way out with $30. I don't think that is fair due to current events with food, gas etc and that I may have to cancel. To not be able to cancel and for them to continue to deduct money from your account is unfair and unjust. Be careful.

Hello Carla! We’re glad to hear you’re happy with the products, but we understand your concerns about the subscription commitment and early cancellation fee. We recognize that unexpected financial changes can happen, and we’re sorry the policy has left you feeling this way. Our subscription terms outline the remaining commitment or the early cancellation fee if you choose to cancel before completing the required term. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and will pass your feedback along to our team.

I got the subscription to try, gave it a few months and the dogs didn’t like any of the products. Some of them are nothing more than hard chunks of plastic. I thought I was subscribing for $19 and now somehow it is $35 and near impossible to cancel. I’ve been trying for a week, their customer service is worthless, non stop runaround. They want to charge me $30 to cancel. Yes $30 for them to stop sending me overpriced crap my dogs don’t like. What a horrible way to do business.

Hi Wayne! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the toys and treats weren’t a good fit for your dogs and apologize for the frustration you experienced with the cancellation process. The $19 price was an introductory promotional offer for the first box, while additional boxes are $35 based on the subscription selected. We also apologize for any confusion regarding the $30 early cancellation fee. This fee is outlined in our Terms of Sale for subscriptions canceled before the commitment is completed. If you have additional questions, our support team will be happy to help. Feel free to reach out to us here. https://bullymake.com/pages/contact

Terrible. Our dog chews up toys like crazy so we thought this would be the best option our dog completely chewed the toughest toy they had which he didn’t chew completely through but he chewed enough to wear it damaged all of the side of his teeth into his gums, his teeth are still bleeding after a week of taking away this toy when we saw the damage, we trusted this brand with our Doberman and we will never be getting a subscription again

Honestly floored about how you don’t support your customers. I ordered a box, was told via email I can stop and don’t have anything to worry about. Was just told that I have to stick out the plan and if I cancel I have a fee I need to pay. Your customer service sucks and your business practice is unethical!
