She liked the rough chew toy, but the ball was too big for her to get her mouth around, so she’s not interested in it. She loves the treats!

Hi Traci! We’re happy to hear your pup enjoyed the rough chew toy and loves the treats! We understand that the ball may not be the right fit for her, though. Did you know you can customize your Bullymake box to better match your pup’s preferences and chewing style? We want every box to be filled with toys your pup will love! https://shopify.com/authentication/69710217273/login?analytics_trace_id=b1184a81-8b64-4707-b9ea-9b07da4f1cc0&client_id=e08ca591-5b94-4916-8099-73dc19d8b4a4&locale=en-US&redirect_uri=%2Fauthentication%2F69710217273%2Foauth%2Fauthorize%3F_cs%3D%26analytics_trace_id%3Db1184a81-8b64-4707-b9ea-9b07da4f1cc0%26buyer_flags%3DeyJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiJ9.eyJpc3MiOiJ6ajJxZXQtZWgubXlzaG9waWZ5LmNvbSIsImZsYWdzIjpbXSwiZXhwIjoxNzkyNTA5Mjk2LCJuYmYiOjE3OTE5MDQ0OTZ9.rpsRtVyd1us_QL1DQQQZpWlBXVOD8WpT1-XWsE4UAwQ%26client_id%3De08ca591-5b94-4916-8099-73dc19d8b4a4%26locale%3Den-US%26nonce%3D8a4b34fe-7431-4767-9ed5-2e8c15f96b53%26redirect_uri%3Dhttps%253A%252F%252Fbullymake.com%252Fcustomer_authentication%252Fcallback%26response_type%3Dcode%26scope%3Dopenid%2Bemail%2Bcustomer-account-api%26state%3DhWNHvXdfdNYg2CFgm0b7MC2s

HATE the treat dispenser. No instructions. I stuffed it full of treats because it's called a treat dispenser. They don't come out. So it's full of treats she can't get. It's garbage now!! WTG BULLYMAKE... a treat dispenser sized for miniscule chihuahua treats, marketed to aggressive, heavy chewers, like my pit bull. I'm not happy with BULLYMAKE and feel I was duped by marketing. I got ONE toy with a treat dispenser that does not dispense treats and treats that don't work in the treat dispenser. EPIC FAIL!!!

More treats then Id prefer We have a boxer/pitt mix and didnt want to pay the EXTRA $6 that isnt advertised for just a toy box. Our dog doesnt need a ton of treats. So I went with the toy you can put a treat in. He destroyed that in no time so all we were left with is a steak which he is still working through and 3 bags of treats. A bit overkill on the treats.

Hi Greg! We understand that every pup has different needs, especially when it comes to the balance of toys and treats. We’re sorry the treat-dispensing toy didn’t hold up as long as you hoped. To request a replacement toy, simply take a picture and send it to our Customer Care Team at [email protected]. We will ship you a different toy FOR FREE! After all, you're part of the BULLYMAKE family ! We’re also sorry you weren’t aware that there is an additional fee for our Toy-Only option. We understand how that could be frustrating, especially when you were looking for a box with more toys and fewer treats. We appreciate you sharing your feedback with us.

First I’d like to say my dog loved the toys. So much so she destroyed them in one evening. Like not even an hour. She’s tough with her toys. That’s why I ordered from this company. Yall guaranteed they were tougher than nothing ones I can buy. I did have issues getting them delivered. Which was not this company issue but yall resolved it quickly. However I ordered treats that I didn’t get just was refunded. I’m waiting till next month to see how it goes. I did subscribe so we will see. I’d still like to try the treats so I hope they are added to my next months box since I did go for the bigger box. All in all I’m still neutral.

Hi Kristie! We’re glad to hear your pup loved the toys, even if she put them to the ultimate test! We’re also happy our team could help resolve the delivery issue quickly. We’re sorry the treats were missing from your order and understand your disappointment. We hope your next box is a great fit for your super chewer, and we appreciate you giving Bullymake another chance!

The toys become sharp after chewing. Our pup loves them though and the treats dry out quickly. Wish we would have gotten more toys and not just plastic ones.
Response from BULLYMAKESep 17, 2026
Hi Katee! We’re happy to hear your pup loves the toys, but we’re concerned to hear that some became sharp after chewing. Your pup’s safety is incredibly important to us, and we recommend discontinuing use of any toy that becomes damaged or develops sharp edges. We also appreciate your feedback about the treats drying out and your preference for receiving more toy variety rather than primarily plastic toys. Keep in mind you can customize your box to better fit your pups' preferences. https://bullymake.com/apps/subscriptions/manage#/my-subscriptions We’ll be sure to share your feedback with our team as we continue working to improve the Bullymake experienc
