I got my first Bullymake box today. I am very disappointed in the toys I got. I ordered the extra toy, no treats box for my first shipment. I got a rope toy that wasn't the quality I expected for the price I paid. I got a rubber toy you can put treats in. That was just ok. The biggest disappointment was the other 2 "chew toys" that supposedly made this box a Halloween theme. They look like flat cut out cookies made of hard plastic, a ghost and a black cat. My dogs have absolutely no interest in them. The only toy they would even interact with is the rope toy. All 4 toys came in the box with no effort made to make it look interesting, or like it's Halloween theme. Just 4 toys thrown in a box. I have had Bark Box in the past and they make every box fun, matching the theme of the month, and their toys are much more inviting, higher quality. I will be canceling my subscription right away and going with Bark Box again. Maybe Bullymake's marketing team can go back to the drawing board and make these boxes more appealing and the toys better quality. I am so frustrated that my dogs only like one of the 4 toys.

Dangerous material splintered on Day 1 and injured my dog. I am writing this review to warn other pet parents about the nylon toys from Bullymake. Despite being advertised for heavy chewers, the material cannot withstand normal chewing without degrading into jagged, razor-sharp plastic frays. Within one day, my dog's mouth was bleeding from chewing on it. I had to confiscate the toy immediately and cancel my subscription. Customer service handled the cancellation well, but the advertising for these toys is incredibly misleading. Do not leave your dog unattended with these hard nylon shapes. I would only leave 1 star, but am leaving 2 stars because customer support responded very quickly, seemed genuinely concerned for my dogs bleeding gums and complied with canceling my subscription before it was due to be done.

These products while of high quality are NOT FOR SMALL DOGS. I received two boxes and in each, the toys were too large for my mini poodles. I was told by Bullymate Customer Service that they send toys based on the dogs weight. Not sure how they expect a 17 lb dog to chew on a toy they cannot even pick up. The customer service was very responsive, however, I did have to pay a $30 cancellation fee.

I just need more toys, so hopefully the next box will be perfect. My pup is a shredder, so he goes through toys pretty quickly

The dogs became disinterested early with the hard material. Not enough variations in the toy selection. Cost is too expensive for what you get and you're locked into a 12 month subscription and a $30 early cancelation charge.

Too tuff for my 🐶

My guy is a miniature bernedoodle, weighing 20 pds. He is a chewer. Being unfamiliar with their products, they ask the size/weight of your dog and if they are an aggressive chewer, med or light chewer. I chose aggressive, small dog 0-30 pds. I chose toy only box. They send, what they call "nylon", extremely rock hard plastic, one rubber toy (that is the size of a baseball) and a rope toy. I was not comfortable giving my dog the 'nylon' toys (there were 2). If you don't know the hardness, I was afraid he would break his teeth on them. My idea of nylon, is that of a kitchen spatula used on a non-stick pan, which is called NYLON! I gave him the rope toy, which was shredded in 5 minutes, with blue string all over my house and I'm sure his intestines as well. With a 'satisfaction guarantee", I go online and send a chat expressing my concerns and displeasure with the selection. Response: If your pet destroyed them, we will send something new. One is destroyed, Im afraid to give the others because they are too hard. So I was told to change my selection for the next month. WELL, that blows the satisfaction guarantee out the door! They did replace the rope with another rubber toy that was, again, as large as a baseball. Which is slightly too big for my guy. The next month, Yes I got all rubber toys and one 'ballistic' toy. AGAIN, the rubber toys are way too big for smaller dogs. The ballistic toy was cute and lasted about 5 minutes. These subscription boxes may be good for large dogs, but not smaller dogs. SO, for next month, I will change all my selection to rubber toys and donate them to the local shelter because cancelation is not an option. Thank goodness I only chose the 6 month plan. AND It would be convenient to leave a review ON their site, but No! So my review would be Maybe more 2 1/2 Stars- Not quite 3 stars. But I'm still very unhappy!

The toys were okay. I was on a 3 or 4 month subscription for years but randomly started getting boxes every month. When I finally noticed and looked into it, I realized they switched my subscription to monthly without telling me. Thats poor business in my opinion.
