My 18 month old pup destroys all toys, but so far the bully make toys are still in existence.

Greta LOVES all the toys. It was a fun box. I like that you have a new theme every time

Snacks and toys are good just the treat ball isn't, my dog chew the hole bigger because he got annoyed with the idea of the snacks not coming out when he wanted them too.

Welp - lesson learned - never EVER using BULLYMAKE for toys again. 😡🤬 Not only did they send multiple items I specifically opted out of due to safety issues (i.e. a cheap rope toy and tooth-shattering plastic choke hazards), but 3 out of 4 toys in the box are unusable. I tried reaching out to their customer service team and not only would they not due anything to make it right - they ALSO charged me an extra $30 bucks to get out of my subscription early, on top of the $30 I already paid for the first box. Yep. $60 down the drain for one single blue ball. You would think that when a company's entire business model revolves around sending out a few dog toys a month to customers (which isn't exactly rocket science), they would be better at it than THIS at least. 🤮😱🤦🏼♀️

I got my first Bullymake box today. I am very disappointed in the toys I got. I ordered the extra toy, no treats box for my first shipment. I got a rope toy that wasn't the quality I expected for the price I paid. I got a rubber toy you can put treats in. That was just ok. The biggest disappointment was the other 2 "chew toys" that supposedly made this box a Halloween theme. They look like flat cut out cookies made of hard plastic, a ghost and a black cat. My dogs have absolutely no interest in them. The only toy they would even interact with is the rope toy. All 4 toys came in the box with no effort made to make it look interesting, or like it's Halloween theme. Just 4 toys thrown in a box. I have had Bark Box in the past and they make every box fun, matching the theme of the month, and their toys are much more inviting, higher quality. I will be canceling my subscription right away and going with Bark Box again. Maybe Bullymake's marketing team can go back to the drawing board and make these boxes more appealing and the toys better quality. I am so frustrated that my dogs only like one of the 4 toys.

Hi LK! We're very sorry to hear that your first Bullymake box did not meet your expectations, especially when you were excited to receive it. We understand how disappointing it is when the toys don't capture your dogs' interest, and we're sorry that several of the items fell short of what you expected. While every dog has different play preferences, our goal is always to provide durable, engaging toys that dogs will love, and we're sorry we missed the mark for your pups this time. We truly appreciate you giving Bullymake a try and sharing your honest thoughts with us and we will be sure to share your feedback with our team.
