BulbSquareReviews of bulbsquare.com

Range of products was outstanding, response to enquires was prompt timely and courteous, delivery monitoring comprehensive, packaging was completely secure, fragile product arrived undamaged, service timely, despite trying international circumstances.

We ordered a light fixture from Bulb Square, and overall we were happy with the experience. The fixture was around $250 and ships from China. When it didn’t arrive by the original estimated delivery date, I reached out to customer service. I was pleasantly surprised by how professional and reassuring the response was. The representative explained the shipping timeline clearly—how long each stage usually takes from overseas transit to port arrival to final delivery depending on location. What stood out most was that the fixture arrived exactly when she said it would. I do think they should provide more accurate delivery estimates upfront, since the original projected date was not realistic. The product itself installed easily and worked with the existing wiring in our 1980s-built home without any issues. The fixture is very lightweight and mostly plastic, which feels a little hard to justify for the price. It doesn’t feel like a $250 fixture when you’re holding it. That said, once installed, it looks great and the lighter weight made installation much easier. The fan circulates air well in a bedroom that is farthest from our HVAC airflow, so it has been both attractive and functional. Overall, I was happy with the customer service, the communication, and the final result.

I ordered a lamp; they sent a different one. Similar, cheaper. Days and days of emailing, they will not take returns. You'll get offered 20% refund, store credit, but the problem is never solved. I recommend if you find a lamp you like, screenshot a pic and google image search. You'll find the same lamp from a more reputable store.

had a very positive experience with BulbSquare and their customer support team. From the moment I placed my order, the communication was clear, friendly, and professional. They kept me well informed throughout the process and even upgraded my shipment to air freight at no extra cost — a gesture that really shows they care about their customers. What impressed me most was their responsiveness and willingness to help. It’s rare to find a company that goes the extra mile like this. Everything feels reliable and customer-focused. If the delivery goes as smoothly as the service so far, I will definitely order from them again. Highly recommended! Danny de neve Vera Spain.

First time purchasing from BulbSquare. Their customer service + quality of product was unmatched. The product (wooden end table) was delayed in shipping, so I received and email from customer service (Tiffany) giving me a heads up. And this wasn't a bot, a real person who answered questions, stayed in touch throughout, gave me options, and after the delay the item finally arrived. To top it off, product itself was so nice and experience so positive that I'm ordering a second one. These days, personalized customer service like this plus a quality product is virtually non-existent. BulbSquare has earned a loyal customer in me. Highly recommend.

I ordered some ceiling light fixtures from Bulbsquare on December 31 2025 and did not receive the lights until February 10th 2026. When I received the lights the remote had Chinese symbols, they did not meet US standard electrical codes, and there wasn't any information. Customer service was lousy. Luckily for me I had paid with PayPal. I started a dispute with PayPal and received my money back. Thank you PayPal!

Terrible. Spent $600 on a light fixture. After my electrician spent 2h putting it together it didn’t turn on. The bulbs have lead and mercury in them. How this company is allowed to sell to consumers in the US upsets me. Do NOT buy from here. I wish we read the reviews before purchasing from them. Unfortunately they advertise so well. Scam.

Paid AUD600 for bookshelves 8th December 2025 and the $16 insurance premium for 'worry free shipping'. Items not received as of 15th Feb 2026 but the tracking website reports the items to have been deleivered. After 20+ emails and attempts to gain a refund over the insurance website known as "Seel". I have received a $5 reimbursement of the insurance premium. I'm clearly communicating with criminals, idiots or robots - certainly a mix of all 3 is not unlikely. Lengthy responses by email are contradictory, giving false tracking information, insincere, and probably AI generated, then signed off with Anglo first names and caucasian 'customer (un)support photos'. This is a criminal venture - do not go near it. I will update this review if this purchase problem is resolved and if I receive a genuine apology.
