We purchased a lamp. It arrived in Australia in about three weeks. The lamp itself was beautiful and well made but the there was a problem and it did not work. The staff at Bulbsquare responded quickly to our emails and tried to rectify the issue. They were very thorough. When our efforts failed we were sent a new lamp that works well at no further cost. A minor hitch but in the end we have a lovely lamp. Thanks to Claire for her kind assistance.

I bought a floor lamp that arrived on time; due to mishandling during the shipping process (although the packaging was robust), two small parts were dented (the glass element was in perfect condition), contacted the supplier by email, they were very prompt and attentive in their reply, they offered both replacement or refund, I opted for replacement and so they did. The floor lamp has a big glass sphere that my daughter broke by mistake, they have provided a free of charge replacement for that one too. Happy with the product and the whole experience, will definitely be a returning customer. Many thanks!

We ordered a light fixture from Bulb Square, and overall we were happy with the experience. The fixture was around $250 and ships from China. When it didn’t arrive by the original estimated delivery date, I reached out to customer service. I was pleasantly surprised by how professional and reassuring the response was. The representative explained the shipping timeline clearly—how long each stage usually takes from overseas transit to port arrival to final delivery depending on location. What stood out most was that the fixture arrived exactly when she said it would. I do think they should provide more accurate delivery estimates upfront, since the original projected date was not realistic. The product itself installed easily and worked with the existing wiring in our 1980s-built home without any issues. The fixture is very lightweight and mostly plastic, which feels a little hard to justify for the price. It doesn’t feel like a $250 fixture when you’re holding it. That said, once installed, it looks great and the lighter weight made installation much easier. The fan circulates air well in a bedroom that is farthest from our HVAC airflow, so it has been both attractive and functional. Overall, I was happy with the customer service, the communication, and the final result.
