I ordered a chair, and purchsed the "Worry Free Purchase protection". Shipping time was stated 25-30 days, I would be notified as soon as it was shipped. 30 days, still not shipped. EDIT: the company said their supplier wasn't able to send the chair, and they will be refunding my money.
