Dreadful. If you’re considering purchasing something from Bulb square, DON’T! Unreliable, poor quality, terrible customer service. I bought two items: 1 arrived damaged beyond repair, the other has never arrived at all! I would have assumed it was a scam site had I not already received one item, albeit damaged! I’ve been waiting a quarter of a year for my other item and despite many requests for a solid ETA, tracking updates and finally several demands for a refund I’ve had nothing but lengthy & ineffectual apology emails. I’ve now given up and will have to buy an alternative from an actual credible reliable retailer. Awful. Will never purchase from them again.
