I purchased a sink faucet for one bathroom and it got here quickly and it turned out to be a very nice faucet. Even a local plumber that was working in that bathroom was impressed with the faucet and the price. I'm very happy that I chose Build.

Great experience, one item didn’t work quite right and they were straight in it - that’s the sign of a good company, standing behind their stuff when there’s a problem

My experience was great....I ordered several items for my new kitchen, including the Kraus stainless sink, it's awesome, and arrived in top notch packing even in a "felt bag"...got the faucet from Kraus also....Returns were EASY, no cost to me, and they were very quick to reply. Have had great experiences with customer service with ??s also..... abfabrealtor in ATLANTA, GA

I ordered a Kohler shower door which broke in transit and never arrived at my home. Build did not contact me to say there was a delay. I contacted the shipper who said they contacted Build. When I phoned them they apologized and said they would send another right out and I would have in 5 days. When I did not receive it in that time they contacted Kohler and said it was backordered and would be in 3 weeks later. When I contacted them again they told me it was not in and would be in 1-3 weeks later. I asked if they could do something to help me to get a price match from Home Depot as they had the product but it was $125 more. They first ignored that question that I sent by email and when I phoned they said there was nothing they could do about that since the product was discontinued. Upon hearing the word "discontinued" I cancelled my order and placed the order with Home Depot and will have to pay more money for it and delay my job completion. I would not trust Build.com again!

There are lots of positive reviews, but my experience was not. After carefully researching product alternatives, I ordered some door knobs for a new build on the website. 17 days later I received half of what I ordered. I had to call to find out why and was told they were discontinued. I really don't want to use two different kinds of door knobs in this new home. Now I need to send these back and start again. I simply don't have time for this and consequently won't use Build.com again. BTW the customer service staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be.

Fast service, easily reached for questions, things arrive quickly. Great place to buy things.

The price was good, my item was delivered promptly but they will not stop emailing me to try to buy more products. I have called repeatedly and asked to be taken off their list only to have two more emails sent to me immediately. They are relentless with their overselling tactics and this has left me at the point where I will never do business with them again.
