Have ordered multiple times for a variety of products when renovating my kitchen and bathrooms and had a very good experience each time. The shipping time was quicker than expected and any returns were dealt with in a very courteous and professional manner. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent experience all the way around. Products delivered on time. There was one door handle that was damaged...I contacted customer service via chat and was immediately emailed a return shipping label and they processed a replacement. I will definitely purchase from Build.com in the future!

The rep we worked with was extremely helpful in selecting all of our door levers. They arrived fast and not one lever was missed. We forgot a lever for a basement door and again the rep (Rocky) found us one and shipped it out immediately. I recommended our Builder send customers to Build.com. Awesome experience 😊

I needed a new kitchen faucet in a hurry since my fancy "touch" faucet died afer only 9 months of use (I had no water in the kitchen--what a pain) and Build shipped me a new faucet by a different maker rapidly and with no fuss. My previous experiences with this company have also been very good and I would recommend them as being very reliable.
