This website (trustpilot) made me so fearful to order from this company. I checked their BBB score and it was completely opposite- which left me confused and reluctant to purchase. I have a kitchen remodel coming up and purchased some kitchen products (new Kohler faucet and soap/lotion pump) and crossed my fingers, hoping I wouldn’t have a problem. Well, I ordered on Friday, January 3rd and they were just delivered today, Monday, the 6th. Literally delivered the very next business day! That’s faster than Amazon delivers my packages at times! I purchased from the build with Ferguson website (I guess there is a large plethora of sites under the build.com umbrella). I think many times it’s easier and more common for frustrated customers to leave a review, which can skew perception. I never leave reviews, but if you are here like me, and skeptical to order from this company for the first time, I just wanted to share my positive experience!

Excellent, courteous, and fast customer service. The phone line was a long wait, but the chat function online was very fast and convenient -- and it was a real human being. They allowed a return outside the already generous 90-day window for a full refund.

I had a broken cabinet hinge and initially went to a department store like Home Depot to buy a replacement hinge. IT DID NOT FIT! So, I went on a forum to find the brand of hinge, hardware resources, finding it only at this homes.com and two other sites; homes.com helped fix my broken cabinet hinge with fast shipping and excellent prices.

I had an excellent experience with Village Appliances in Port Chester, NY. Upon recommendation from our kitchen designer Lance at Leicht Westchester during our kitchen renovation, we spoke with Jimmy at Village Appliances. Jimmy's extensive knowledge about appliances made us feel confident in our choices, and we ended up purchasing a 36-inch Wolf cooktop, exhaust fan, Miele double ovens, Asko dishwasher, and OXO refrigerator—all of which have performed exceptionally well. The staff at Village Appliances were friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout the process. They kept us informed about delivery timelines and worked with us to coordinate deliveries with our cabinet schedule. Overall, our experience with Village Appliances was outstanding, and I will definitely be a repeat customer for any future appliance needs. Highly recommended.

I have purchased a few items from build.com. I have not purchased any appliances. I ordered and received a amazing kitchen sink. I was impressed with the quality. The faucet was nice as well. I have purchased small things as well such as handles on my kitchen cabinets. The items were in stock and I received the very quickly, it took only two days. I was impressed with the speed of getting my order. I have not had any orders canceled or needed to return anything yet.

I am very impressed with Build.com! Their easy to navigate website helped me get the proper cabinet hinges to replace the old ones. Best prices and super fast delivery! Quality hinges, no generic after market substitutes. I will be shopping here for my hardware and other household needs in the future!

I never heard of Ferguson until 2 people recommended it this summer when started our very first home renovation this year. Since we are getting all our fixtures for our 2 bathrooms, we decided to make an appointment and find out what this company is all about. I am not sure because we ordered a lot or what not but I am surprised with their low ratings here. I find it is either you are very satisfied or very dissatisfied. I can only speak to my specific experience; thus the 5 star ratings. We made an appointment and randomly got Erwin Dardon, Woodland Hills. He was my contact the whole time and it was a very pleasant experience so far. He helped us in choosing our fixtures, toilet, etc. even though I have made my own research and am Satisfied with the quality of the Kohler products which is all We ordered plus Toto toilet. We stuck with Kohler only for everything because we have had great experience with their warranty and customer service in the past with our kitchen faucet. I was actuallly surprised that some of these products I found at Home Depot and Ferguson was less expensive! We are looking forward to working with Erwin Dardon again for future home renovations. Thanks Erwin!
