If you do not open the box (in our case a vanity) right away and you discover damage later, you are out of luck. Build passed the buck to the manufacturer saying that the manufacturer had a one-year warranty (our contractor--who was delayed by other jobs--opened the box today [a few months after delivery]), but this was false. All we can get is touch up paint for cracks in the vanity. I would not order a large item from Build again.

One of our items arrived broken and bent and the customer service department is just ghosting me. Terrible customer services. I spent a fortune here for 2 bathroom remodels and can’t get a response on a $200 item. Ridiculous. DO NOT USE THEM!!

For the most part customer phone reps were polite, but everything else runs very suspiciously. We ordered track lights that were supposedly in stock. The first trouble was UPS could not deliver because of mislabeled address. Build Ferguson would not return calls or emails to rectify the delivery. When the order finally arrived we only received 5 of the 18 fixtures. We never got any communication of the lead time change, only after the package was already delivered. The excuse was they needed to fill a previous order ahead of ours but no one ever notified us ahead. The confusion could have been easily avoided from the start, simply by being transparent about the ordering process.

Item did not arrived when website said it would. Shopping label was not even printed until 24 hours after I received an email stating it was shipped. Not trustworthy.

The products are great, but customer service is an hour hold minimum. And there is always an issue. First time, I received dented hood. The second issue, was the appliance was sent to the wrong address. The freight company lost the appliance and they were given the wrong address. I have spent +3 hours/ 3 days on the phone trying to get both companies to approve and fix the mistakes.

I purchased a mini-fridge (3/12/2021), and shipping stated 3-6 weeks. I was charged for the product, even though they (build.com) now tell me this will not be available for shipment until at least July (2021)! Yet, their website still shows the same fridge with the 3-6 week shipping time frame. Misleading customers and terrible customer service.

On the site 45 minutes to place order. Site and customer service said the product would ship in 4-7 days. Inventory had 7 pieces available. An email said my shipping address was wrong. It was not. Another 50 minutes on hold to resolve. Immediately resolving the issue. I received a message that product was delayed a month and a half longer. Recap: wrong info on site And by customer service to get you to place the order. Poor customer service After the fact. Downright lies. Incompetence. God bless capitalism.
