Ordered a six pack of light bulbs, charged over $30. Received one bulb which I sent back. Only refunded $20+.

Sold me a USED TOILET TANK PART described as new. Part is covered with dirt and feces and box was taped together. Shameless - do NOT buy from this company via any of their platforms (I bought from them via Walmart.com).

Build.com is NOT a reliable site in any way. We purchased three Toto toilets from them that listed a 5 year limited warranty, but that is completely wrong! The warranty is only 1 year according to Toto and Build.com won't take any responsibility for their inaccurate listing except to say they will change it. That doesn't us at all now that we have to make a warranty claim after 1 year and who knows how many other listings have inaccurate information on Build.com. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

The reviews that give the impression that this company exists could be fake. They are fraudsters pretending to be the TIKTOK SHOP.

Do not do business with Ferguson Home or build.com I bought a $350 faucet from them but they sent me the wrong finish. I ordered nickel but they sent me chrome. Return cost was too much so I kept it. But that faucet is horrible, I hate it so much. And they will not allow me to leave a 1 star review.

My wife and I are building a house. We bought our appliances through build.com We experienced delays getting our certificate of occupancy. We did not have anywhere to store the appliances, so we didn't unbox them. The top of the refrigerator was CRUSHED. The door would not even close. They said that it was not reported before the 30 day inspection period and that I was stuck with it. Can't believe that we spent $2700 on a refrigerator that is completely useless, and they will not do anything about it.

Great service! Mary was very helpful in getting the right price for us. Delivery was spot on.and the driver was more than helpful.took great care.will be back for more goods!!

Very Disappointing Experience – Beware I placed two orders and never received any confirmation emails or updates. After a few days, I called to check on the status and was told the items were being shipped. I followed up again today, only to be informed that my order is now delayed by three months. When I asked about canceling and getting a refund, the representative said they weren't sure if that was even possible. This whole situation feels incredibly sketchy and untrustworthy. I would caution others to be very careful before ordering from this company.
