I'm just some guy. I ordered a KD5, a CK5, two KD-box miners and all those showed up really fast---Goldshell I also ordered the Bitmain L7-9,500 and that took from August of '21, when I ordered it, till March of '22 for the Bitmain L7 to show up, but it's here, working, mining away!!! BT-Miners has proved to be trustworthy, even when the manufacturers take forever to deliver......well, 7 months, I exaggerated, but 7 months feels like forever

I ordered two ANTMINER L7’s and after ordering I got a phone call from Lena. She asked me some questions to make sure the environment I was setting the miners up in would be the right environment like electrical setup and so on. She then gave me her cell number to call her if I ever had any questions or concerns. I did call her multiple times only to have her answer every question. I was also told that if I needed support she would put me in contact with her technicians trained with ASIC miners. Due to the lack of miners to purchase I ordered two other L7’s 9.5s from another retailer and I was not delivered the ones I ordered but the L7’s 9050. I got a lesser miner but paid the higher price. Because of the difficulty it is to get miners these days I didn’t even bother to dispute it I was just glad to at least get my miners. BT-Miners sent me what I ordered and always supported me throughout the process. It’s very scary purchasing tens of thousands of dollars on miners and not know what’s going on but BT-Miners helped alleviate some of the pain that goes with purchasing expensive equipment. Anyway, I am now on my way to building my first mining farm and look forward to buying more from BT-Miners.

Everything was good except that I didn't receive the L7 9160 that I had ordered but received the 8800 instead.

Received a physical machine (L7) that I returned within their customer guidelines. After receiving the machine they didn't issue my refund. I had to send a demand notice and after that it still took a month to get my funds. All in all I did get the L7 and I understand the initial delays were not their fault.
