Everytime I see a reasonable price for their site advertised, I click and go to their site and ots 3 to 10 x what was advertised plus the CC fee pr Crypto fees on top.

When my miner arrives it was damaged and they told me it was a used model. They had not sold it this was or disclosed it wasn't new. They abused their position of having been paid via wire transfer to not allow a refund. Never resolved the issue to my satisfaction and I was forced to just take what I could get. Edit - After weeks of constantly chasing them for a resolution I was initially offered $250. I continually expressed that it was not acceptable to receive a damaged and used miner and that be the resolution. Finally, they credited my account with $750 in store credit. Absolutely not resolved to my satisfaction.

Except when they want to verify who you are, communication is nonexistent. Don't expect to get a reply using their "Contact Us" link. Ordered 2 miners. Both with PSU's. Received 2 miners and 1 PSU. No response from them when I tried to contact them about the 2nd PSU.

My Miner has yet to arrive. I have been waiting over a month. I ordered on November 29th. You say the order would be fulfilled within 5 to 7 business days. The miner was not picked up by UPS until December 16. I understand China is having Covid problems. I am still waiting for UPS to deliver the product. Severe winter weather. So not UPS's fault either. Last time I ordered it was 7 business days and 5 business days to ship to my door. Don't buy overseas during winter. :/

Shipping took to long and was very expensive.

Took too long to get shipment, they said Covid was to blame. I’ll give them that my low score is because I purchased a used machine (refurbished) but it only mines like 70% of a new one, not what I expected, should mine much better. I’ll never buy another used machine from them.

Bought two miner power supplies at new price costs but received two used power supplies with dust caked on the fan blades. They advertise that power supplies are in stock in the USA but then actually are drop shipped from China.

Bought a S9E Antminer. It was very dirty and dented up. Had to spend hours cleaning and inspecting it.
