Recently purchased 4 HS mini's couldn't be happier, only issue was power supply, lucky I had one laying around, otherwise they work just like they should and hashing away. Thanks BT-Miner for always coming through.

I placed an order for 2 L7 9500 miners in August of 2021 and was told I would receive in December. It is now May 3rd and I still haven't received a refund. A couple of months ago they tried to get me to accept a lower hash rate model and I refused. Now they are giving me the run around. I will have to take them to court. I am based in the USA so the transaction falls under the Federal Trade Commission. They also aren't registered to do business in New York and they'll try to tell you a Florida based company is their parent company but that company also isn't registered to do business in New York so that's not legal. If you try to get on here calling me a liar I will start naming names.

Ordered an L7 (9.5) in July 2021 for December 2021 and got a call in April 2022 asking if I would like a L7 9.05 instead because those were in stock and they had no idea when the 9.5 would be back in stock and there would be compensation. Still no sign of compensation and I don’t think the word of mouth from them of it being $800-$1000 makes up for the lost income over those months. Also would prefer the compensation to be a cheaper miner instead because I’m sure I can’t use the compensation to just order a miner for free.

When I purchased this miner I received a phone call the day after saying that I would definitely receive this miner in November, however I got another phone call in April after nine months of waiting saying that they don’t even have the miner that I paid for nine months ago and they can give me a different miner which is less powerful than the one I paid for. I asked them for a full refund as they could not provide me with the product that I had purchased and they refused. I was then told that the less powerful minor actually cost them more money than I paid them, and I felt like they thought they were doing me a favour by offering me that. I would not recommend this company to anyone as they have lied to me and not provided me with the product I paid for.

There was an issue receiving a not as described unit, I was pretty upset, but Bt-Miners corrected the issue without hesitation. Mistakes happen, especially in the Asic world. I ordered dozens of units from numerous sellers but BT does stand out as a leader. Especially in customer service.
